Claims (10)
- アキュムレータハウジング(1)内でその軸線方向に移動可能なピストン(3)を有し、前記ピストン(3)は、前記アキュムレータハウジング(1)の気体側(5)と流体側(7)とを分離しており、前記ピストンの周縁上において、前記アキュムレータハウジング(1)の壁部と相互作用することが意図されている複数のガイド要素があり、前記ガイド要素(9、17)に対して軸線方向に偏倚している、少なくとも1つのシール要素(15)が、前記複数のガイド要素の間に位置する前記ピストンの周縁部内に位置する、流体アキュムレータにおいて、
前記流体側(7)を境界付けている前記ピストン側面に最も近い、前記ガイド要素(17)と、前記気体側(5)へ軸線方向に偏倚しておりかつ軸線方向に前記ガイド要素(17)に追従して隣接している、シール要素(15)との間において、圧力均等化チャンネル(19)は、前記流体側(7)への流体通路を前記ピストン(3)内で形成している、前記ピストンの周縁において、出ており、前記圧力均等化チャンネル(19)内において、その通路断面積を低減した装置(25)がある、流体アキュムレータ。 - 前記圧力均等化チャンネル(19)の通路断面積を低減している装置(25)は、前記装置(25)が粒子フィルタとして作用するほど劇的に前記通路断面積を低減している、請求項1に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記通路断面積を低減している装置(25)は、絞り装置(25)によって形成されている、請求項2に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記絞り装置は、ノズル(25)を有している、請求項3に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記ノズル(25)が、前記流体側(7)を境界付けている前記ピストン側面において、前記圧力均等化チャンネル(19)の口内に挿入されている、請求項4に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記絞り装置は、前記圧力均等化チャンネル(19)内に位置決めされている多孔性のフィルタ要素によって形成されている、請求項3に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記ピストン(3)の前記流体側(7)に最も近い前記ガイド要素は、前記ピストン(3)の前記流体側端部(13)に密に隣接して位置し、かつ少なくともおおよそ前記ピストン(3)の前記端部(13)まで延びている埃ストリッパリップ(35)を有するガイドベルト(17)によって形成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記ガイドベルト(17)は、前記ピストン周縁の環状溝部(31)内に着座している、平坦な圧縮リング(29)と、埃ストリッパリップ(35)とを有し、前記埃ストリッパリップ(35)は、軸線方向における一方側において、その半径方向外側の環状面(33)を延ばしており、かつその端縁部(37)に向けて傾斜している、請求項7に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記ピストン(3)は、前記流体側端部(13)から前記環状溝部(31)へ延びている周縁領域において、前記埃ストリッパリップ(35)がそれにわたって延びている、低減した外径部分(39)を有している、請求項8に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
- 前記平坦な圧縮リング(29)と、前記平坦な圧縮リング(29)と一体の前記埃ストリッパリップ(35)は、エラストマー材で形成されている、請求項9に記載の流体アキュムレータ。
