Description
・第2の環状溝23内に、弾性ロック・シール・バイアス手段45を嵌装する。
・第1の溝21内に、シール手段43を嵌装する。
・第1の面7上にプレート19を配置する。
・テーパ付き端部41を第1の面7に当てた状態でスクレーパ25を配置し、次にピストン5の第2の面15に向かってスクレーパ25を押込む。スクレーパ25を第2の面15に向かって進ませながら、スクレーパ25上のシール・ロック溝39が第2の溝23に対向する位置に移動するまで、その内面37によって、シール手段43及びロック・シール・バイアス手段45を圧縮する。この時点において、スクレーパ内面37によって第2の溝23内に圧縮されていた弾性ロック・シール・バイアス手段45は、シール・ロック溝39内に張出す。これは、スクレーパ25をピストン5上に保持するためのスナップ固定装置として作用する。

Claims (5)
- クロマトグラフィー・コラム用のピストン・スクレーパ組立体であって、
ピストン(5)とスクレーパ(25)とを含み、
前記ピストン(5)が、前面すなわち第1の面(7)、円筒状部分(17)、第2のすなわち後面(15)及び前記第1の面(7)を前記第2の面(15)に接続する貫通孔(11)を有しかつ前記円筒状部分(17)内に深さD1mmの環状溝(23、23’)を備え、また前記スクレーパ(25)が、L字形断面を有しかつその内面37内に深さD2mmの相補形溝(39)を有する、前記ピストン(5)上に装着するようになったリングである、ピストン・スクレーパ組立体(26、26’)であって、
前記環状溝(23、23’)が、該環状溝(23、23’)から前記相補形溝(39)内に延びて前記スクレーパ(25)を前記ピストン(5)上に保持するようになった弾性シール・ロック・バイアス手段(45)を備えている、
ことを特徴とするピストン・スクレーパ組立体。 - 前記ピストンが、シール手段(43)を収容した別の環状溝(21)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のピストン・スクレーパ組立体。
- 前記弾性シール・ロック・バイアス手段(45)が、D1+D2mmよりも大きい厚さを有するシールリングであることを特徴とする、請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか1項記載のピストン・スクレーパ組立体。
- 前記別の環状溝(21)が、前記ピストン(5)の前面すなわち第1の面(7)に対して、前記環状溝(23、23’)よりも近接していることを特徴とする、請求項2及び請求項3のいずれか1項記載のピストン・スクレーパ組立体。
- 前記スクレーパが、ポリマー材料で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項記載のピストン・スクレーパ組立体。
