Claims (2)

  1. ａ．表面にヒドロキシル基を付着させた基体の該表面に、
    ｉｉｉ．パーフルオロアルキルトリクロロシラン、又は下記式：

    （但し、Ｒ１及びＲ２は、各々別個に水素、及び置換又は非置換で飽和又は不飽和の炭素原子数１〜４０のアルキル又はアリール基よりなる群から選ばれ、Ｒ１及びＲ２の少なくとも１つは、ヒドロキシルと縮合反応可能な官能基を有し、ｎは０より大で、約１５０以下の範囲である）
    で示されるポリシロキサン、
    からなるシリコーン油と、
    ｉｖ．溶剤
    を含む疎水性表面処理組成物を塗布する、
    ことを特徴とする処理表面の作製方法。
  2. 前記ヒドロカルビル基が、メチル、エチル、プロピル、ビニルアリル及びフェニル基よりなる群から選ばれる請求項１に記載の処理物品又は請求項２に記載の方法。
