Claims (14)
- 内燃機関(7)、電動機(5)、発電機(8)、及び前記内燃機関、前記発電機、及び前記電動機間に配置された分岐ギアボックス(6)を有し、該ギアボックスは、前記内燃機関、前記発電機、及び前記電動機に対して、それぞれ、ギアボックス接続部、すなわち、ギアボックス入力端及び出力端を有し、前記電動機は、ドライブトレイン(4)を介して、自動車の駆動輪(2)に確動的に連結される、自動車用ハイブリッド駆動装置において、前記ハイブリッド駆動装置を制御するために、前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA)が、センサ装置によって確定され、該センサ装置は、前記内燃機関の回転速度(nV)、前記発電機の回転速度(nG)、前記電動機の回転速度(nE)、予め定められた駆動車輪(2)の回転速度(nR)、及び/又はさらに他の車輪(1)の回転速度(nR*)の測定値を確定するための個別のセンサ(13〜17)を有し、互いに対して非対称的で冗長性のある少なくとも2つの異なる手法によって前述の測定値から検証され得る回転速度が、前記ドライブトレインの前記回転速度(nA)として用いられるハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記内燃機関の回転速度(nV)と前記発電機の回転速度(nG)から計算された前記電動機の回転速度(nEb)が確かで、前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)と十分に整合し、さらに、予め定められた駆動車輪(2)の回転速度(nR)から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nAb)に対して、前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)の十分な整合が与えられたとき、前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)が、前記回転速度(nA)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記内燃機関と前記発電機の回転速度から計算された前記電動機の回転速度(nEb)、及びさらに他の車輪(1)の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA* b)が確かで、前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)が、前記電動機の前述の計算された回転速度(nEb)及び前記ドライブトレインの前述の計算された回転速度(nA* b)の両方と十分に整合するとき、前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)が、前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 予め定められた駆動車輪の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの前記回転速度(nAb)の値が不正確であることを示すために、誤り信号が付加的に生成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 予め定められた駆動車輪の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nAb)が、さらに他の車輪(1)の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA* b)と十分に整合し、前記内燃機関と前記発電機の回転速度から計算された前記電動機の回転速度(nEb)が確かで、さらに、前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)、前記内燃機関と前記発電機の回転速度から計算された前記電動機の回転速度(nEb)、及び予め定められた駆動輪(2)の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nAb)との間に十分な整合が存在しないとき、前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)は、不正確であることを示すために、誤り信号が生成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 電動機の前記計算された回転速度(nEb)、及びさらに他の駆動輪(1)の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA* b)は確かで、かつ互いに十分に整合し、予め定められた駆動輪(2)の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nAb)は確かではなく、及び/又は前記電動機の測定された回転速度(nE)、前記電動機の前記計算された回転速度(nEb)、及び/又はさらに他の車輪(1)の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA* b)との間に整合が存在しないとき、前記内燃機関と前記発電機の回転速度から計算された前記電動機の回転速度(nEb)が、前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nA)として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nE)、及び予め定められた駆動車輪(2)の回転速度から計算された前記ドライブトレインの回転速度(nAb)は、不正確であることを示すために、誤り信号が生成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記ドライブトレインに対して確定されるべき回転速度(nA)が検証されなかった場合、緊急信号が生成され、及び/又は前記内燃機関(7)と前記電動機(5)とが停止されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記電動機の前記測定された回転速度(nA)、及び前記内燃機関(7)と前記発電機(5)の回転速度から計算された電動機の回転速度(nEb)は、これらの回転速度間の差が、所定の公差値内にあれば、十分に整合すると評価されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記回転速度(nE、nEb)が大きくなるにつれて、前記公差の値は増大することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 内燃機関(7)、電動機(5)、発電機(8)、及び前記内燃機関、前記発電機、及び前記電動機間に配置された分岐ギアボックス(6)を有し、該ギアボックスは、前記内燃機関、前記発電機、及び前記電動機に対して、それぞれ、ギアボックス接続部、すなわち、ギアボックス入力端及び出力端を有し、前記電動機は、ドライブトレイン(4)を介して、前記自動車の駆動輪(2)に確動的に連結される、特に、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置において、
前記発電機と前記電動機は、前記内燃機関の前記回転速度(nV)と、前記ドライブトレイン(4)及び前記駆動輪(2)の前記回転速度(nAb、nR)との各比の公称値/実値の比較の関数として、制御装置(18)によって制御可能であることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記公称値は、パラメータに基づいて、特に、運転者によって作動される制御要素、特に、アクセルペダル及び/又はブレーキペダルの位置の関数として、及び/又は道路のパラメータ、例えば、上り及び下り勾配を検出するセンサシステムからの信号の関数として、予め定めることができることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記電動機(5)は、前記発電機のモードに切り換えられ、及び/又は前記発電機(8)は、前記電動機のモードに切り換えられ得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
