Abstract
【解決手段】 碗形状をしたヨーク2と、ヨーク2の内部に順次積層される板状の磁石3およびトップレート4から構成される磁気回路部1と、磁気回路部1のヨーク2の側壁の内周部とトッププレート4の外周部との間に形成されるギャップg内に配置されるボイスコイル5と、磁気回路部1の外方でボイスコイル5を保持する振動板8と、ヨーク2の外周部に固定されたリング状の重り10を備え、磁気回路部1の外側のケース6は金属部材で、筒状側壁部6aとその底部にサスペンション9を一体に成形し、サスペンション9の底部でヨーク2に固定される。ケース6の筒状側壁部6aは薄肉に形成され、重り10の収納容積を拡大して重りの体積を増加させることができ、振動値の向上が可能である。また、インサートモールドが不要で、部品および実装コストの軽減を図ることができる。

Claims (2)
- 碗形状をしたヨークと、該ヨークの内部に順次積層される板状の磁石およびトップレートから構成される磁気回路部と、該磁気回路部のヨークの側壁の内周部とトッププレートの外周部との間に形成される空隙内に配置されるボイスコイルと、前記磁気回路部の外方でボイスコイルを保持する振動板と、筒状側壁部を有するケースに保持され、前記磁気回路部を保持するサスペンションと、前記ヨークの外周部に固定されたリング状の重りを備えた振動体において、前記ケースを金属部材で形成すると共に、筒状側壁部の底部にサスペンションを一体に成形したことを特徴とする振動体。
- 前記ケースを金属部材よりなる薄板で形成することにより、重り収納容積を拡大して重りの体積を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の振動体。
