Abstract
【解決手段】 先端部に逆流防止バルブ2を設けたスクリュ3を正回転させて計量を行う計量主処理工程Saと、この計量主処理工程Saの終了後、スクリュ3を逆回転させて計量後処理を行う計量後処理工程Sbとを含む計量工程における計量方法であって、計量主処理工程Saの終了後、スクリュ3を回転自由状態にして前進移動させるとともに、この前進移動時におけるスクリュ3の回転状態を監視し、スクリュ3の回転が停止状態になったならスクリュ3を所定の回転量だけ逆回転させる計量後処理工程Sbを行う。

Claims (8)
- 先端部に逆流防止バルブを設けたスクリュを正回転させて計量を行う計量主処理工程と、この計量主処理工程の終了後、前記スクリュを逆回転させて計量後処理を行う計量後処理工程とを含む計量工程における射出成形機の計量方法において、前記計量主処理工程の終了後、前記スクリュを回転自由状態にして前進移動させるとともに、この前進移動時における前記スクリュの回転状態を監視し、前記スクリュの回転が停止状態になったなら前記スクリュを所定の回転量だけ逆回転させる計量後処理工程を行うことを特徴とする射出成形機の計量方法。
- 前記計量後処理工程には、前記スクリュを逆回転させた後、前記スクリュを所定ストロークだけ後退移動させるサックバック処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量方法。
- 前記計量主処理工程が終了した後のスクリュ位置(計量終了位置)及び前記スクリュを逆回転させた後のスクリュ位置(逆回転終了位置)をそれぞれ検出し、前記計量終了位置と前記逆回転終了位置の偏差から補正量を求めるとともに、この補正量により、少なくとも射出工程における位置設定値を補正することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量方法。
- 前記停止状態は、前記スクリュを回転させるスクリュ回転用サーボモータに付設したロータリエンコーダから得るエンコーダパルスにより検出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量方法。
- 前記スクリュの回転状態の監視時に、予め設定した、時間,回転数又は樹脂圧に達しても前記停止状態を検出しないときは、所定のエラー処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は4記載の射出成形機の計量方法。
- 前記スクリュを逆回転させる際は、前記スクリュの前後方向位置又は圧力を固定する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の計量方法。
- 前記スクリュを逆回転させる回転量は、前記スクリュの回転数又は時間により予め設定することを特徴とする請求項1又は6記載の射出成形機の計量方法。
- 前記スクリュを逆回転させる際の回転数及び/又は回転速度は、ディスプレイに表示することを特徴とする請求項1,6又は7記載の射出成形機の計量方法。
