Abstract
【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる空気透過防止層1と空気透過防止層1の少なくとも一方の面に積層された接着層2とを含む筒状成形体3を加工するに際し、接着層2の単位面積100mm2 当たりの自着力をx(g)としたとき、接着層2の表面に最上部2aを含む凹凸を形成し、接着層2の総面積に対する最上部2aの面積の比yを100/X≦y≦500/Xの関係にし、接着層2の最上部2aとそれ以外の部分との高低差hを接着層2の総厚さtに対して0.1t≦h≦0.5tの関係にする。

Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる空気透過防止層と空気透過防止層の少なくとも一方の面に積層された接着層とを含む筒状成形体を加工するに際し、前記接着層の単位面積100mm2 当たりの自着力をx(g)としたとき、前記接着層の表面に最上部を含む凹凸を形成し、前記接着層の総面積に対する前記最上部の面積の比yを100/X≦y≦500/Xの関係にすると共に、前記接着層の最上部とそれ以外の部分との高低差hを前記接着層の総厚さtに対して0.1t≦h≦0.5tの関係にしたことを特徴とする筒状成形体の加工方法。
- 前記接着層がスチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体及びタッキファイヤーを含む接着剤から構成される請求項1に記載の筒状成形体の加工方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる空気透過防止層と該空気透過防止層の少なくとも一方の面に積層された接着層とを含む筒状成形体を加工するに際し、前記接着層の単位面積100mm2 当たりの自着力をx(g)としたとき、前記接着層の表面に最上部を含む凹凸を形成し、前記接着層の総面積に対する前記最上部の面積の比yを100/X≦y≦500/Xの関係にすると共に、前記接着層の最上部とそれ以外の部分との高低差hを前記接着層の総厚さtに対して0.1t≦h≦0.5tの関係にし、前記接着層に凹凸を付与した筒状成形体を平坦に潰した状態で巻き取り、その後、巻き解かれた筒状成形体を所定の長さに切断し、その切断された筒状成形体を用いて空気透過防止層を備えた未加硫タイヤを成形し、該未加硫タイヤを加硫することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記接着層がスチレン−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体及びタッキファイヤーを含む接着剤から構成される請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
