Abstract
【解決手段】電池10は、電池ケース20と、蓋部材40と、一対の端子50と、を備える。電池ケース20は、開口21を有して内側に電池要素30を収容する。電池ケース20をラミネートフィルム22によって形成する。蓋部材40は、開口21内に収容されるとともに、電池ケース20の開口縁23と密着する。蓋部材40は、開口21を密閉する。蓋部材40に一対の端子50を設ける。

に電気的に接続する場合など、端子の支持剛性が低いことは、好ましくない。
Claims (9)
- 開口を有して内側に電池要素を収容し、かつフィルム材によって形成される電池ケースと、
前記開口内に収容されるとともに、前記電池ケースの開口縁と密着して前記開口を密閉する蓋部材と、
前記蓋部材に設けられる一対の端子と、
を具備することを特徴とする電池。 - 前記蓋部材に設けられる一対の端子は、柱状であるとともに、前記蓋部材を貫通していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記蓋部材の上面は、前記一対の端子が設けられる箇所の近傍において、幅が広い形状になっていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記蓋部材において、前記一対の端子が設けられる箇所の近傍と、前記一対の端子が設けられる箇所の近傍以外の部位とは、滑らかに連続した形状であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池。
- 前記蓋部材は、
前記一対の端子が設けられる基部と、
前記基部に設けられて第1の方向に延びる延出部と、
を有し、
前記第1の方向を横切る第2の方向に沿う前記延出部の幅は、前記第2の方向に沿う前記基部の幅よりも狭いことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池。 - 前記開口縁が密着する前記基部の周面と前記開口縁が密着する前記延出部の周面とは、滑らかに連続することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記蓋部材と、前記電池ケースの開口縁とは、減圧によって密着状態にする事を特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記蓋部材と、前記電池ケースの開口縁とは、熱溶着にて密着状態にすることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記蓋部材と、前記電池ケースの開口縁とは、少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布した状態で圧着させることで密着状態にする事を特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電池。
