Claims (1)
- 帯状の正極と負極とにそれぞれ導電タブの一端が接続された状態で、前記正極と前記負極とが円柱状に巻かれた電極巻回体と、上下面が開口していて前記電極巻回体を収容する円筒形の電池ケースと、前記電池ケースの上側開口に内嵌する上蓋と、絶縁パッキングを介して前記上蓋の中央に貫通状に配した出力端子と、前記電池ケースの下側開口に内嵌する底蓋とを備えており、
前記電極巻回体の内周側から導出した一方の前記導電タブの導出端が、前記出力端子の内側に接続されており、
前記電極巻回体の外周側から導出した他方の前記導電タブの導出端が、前記底蓋の内面に接続されており、
前記電池ケースの上側開口の内周面に、前記上蓋の外周縁がレーザー溶接あるいは接着剤で密封状に固定されており、
前記電池ケースの下側開口の内周面に、前記底蓋の外周縁がレーザー溶接あるいは接着剤で密封状に固定されており、
前記電極巻回体は、前記正極と前記負極とがセパレータを介して、平坦面を有する巻回芯に巻かれて円柱状に形成されており、
前記電極巻回体の内周側から導出される前記導電タブが、前記巻回芯の前記平坦面に対するように配されていることを特徴とする密閉型電池。
