Abstract
【解決手段】一実施形態では、放射線遮蔽組成物が、予め決められた粒度の酸化鉛又は鉛複合材と、接着剤とを含んでなり、この組成物は自由流動性を含んでいる。他の実施形態では、放射線遮蔽組成物を製造する方法が、予め決められた粒度の酸化鉛又は鉛複合材と接着剤とを予め決められた比で混合するステップと、実質的な均一性が得られるまで混合物を攪拌するステップと、を含んでおり、得られる混合物は自由に流動することが可能である。

Claims (10)
- (i)予め決められた粒度の酸化鉛又は鉛複合材と、
(ii)接着剤と、
を含んでなり、自由流動性を含む放射線遮蔽組成物。 - 前記酸化鉛の粒度は300メッシュ〜900メッシュの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の放射線遮蔽組成物。
- 前記鉛複合材の粒度は約30メッシュ〜100メッシュの範囲にある、請求項1に記載の放射線遮蔽組成物。
- 前記酸化鉛又は鉛複合材及び前記接着剤は約2:1の比にある、請求項1に記載の放射線遮蔽組成物。
- 前記接着剤はエポキシ樹脂を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の放射線遮蔽組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂は、エポキシ及び樹脂を実質的に等比で含んでいる、請求項5に記載の放射線遮蔽組成物。
- 前記鉛複合材は、黄銅、バリウム、カドミウム、チタン、タングステン及びタンタルから成る群から選択される少なくとも一つの要素を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の放射線遮蔽組成物。
- X線源と、
該X線源のための密閉容器と、
該密閉容器に塗工されており、自由流動性を含んでいる放射線遮蔽組成物と、
を備えたX線システム。 - 前記放射線遮蔽組成物は酸化鉛と接着剤とを含んでいる、請求項8に記載のX線システム。
- 前記放射線遮蔽組成物は、黄銅、バリウム、カドミウム、チタン、タングステン及びタンタルから成る群から選択される少なくとも一つの要素を有する鉛複合材を含んでいる、請求項8に記載のX線システム。
