Claims (4)
- 金属板で形成された複数本のリード部からなるリードフレームを用い、前記リード部の先端に薄膜サーミスタチップを電気的に接合した温度センサにおいて、前記リード部が先端部分を幅狭に形成した細幅部分と、他端側を幅広に形成した端末部分とからなり、前記細幅部分に薄膜サーミスタチップを電気的に接合し、前記細幅部分と前記薄膜サーミスタチップを絶縁被覆層で被覆したことを特徴とする温度センサ。
- 前記リード部の前記細幅部分に薄膜サーミスタチップを電気的に接合した温度センサにおいて、前記薄膜サーミスタチップの前記細幅部分の根元に少なくともひとつの湾曲部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の温度センサ。
- 前記細幅部分と薄膜サーミスタチップを絶縁被覆材で被覆する場合に、前記細幅部分に形成した前記湾曲部の少なくとも一部が絶縁被覆層で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1、2に記載の温度センサ。
- 前記リード部の前記端末部分が、該端末部分に接続される外部引出リード線の芯線径よりも幅広に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3に記載の温度センサ。
