Abstract
【解決手段】外側から内側へ向かって下記層(1)〜(3)を有する:
(1)ナイロン-11またはナイロン-12ポリアミドから成る層(任意層)、
(2)下記の(a)と(b)から成る中間層(合計で100重量%):
(1)式:X、Y/Zまたは6、Y2/Zで表されるポリアミドA1:50〜100重量%〔XはC6〜10脂肪族ジアミンの残基、YはC10〜14脂肪族ジカルボン酸の残基、Y2はC15〜20脂肪族ジカルボン酸の残基、Zはラクタムの残基、α,ω−アミノカルボン酸の残基、X1、Y1単位(X1はジアミンの残基、Y1は二酸の残基)の中から選択される単位、Z/(X+Y+Z)およびZ/(6+Y2+Z)の重量比は0〜15%である〕、(b)ナイロン−11またはナイロン-12のポリアミド:0〜50重量%、(3)ナイロン-11またはナイロン-12のポリアミドから成る層(任意層)(層(1)および層(3)の少なくとも一方は必ず存在し、各層は互いに接着し、内層が輸送される流体と接触する)

Description
ポリアミドをベースにした多層管に関する特許は多数存在するが、機械的抵抗性と被輸送流体に対する耐久性との両方の特性を同時に満足するポリマーまたはポリマーブレンドは存在しないため、多層にする必要がある。
大抵の多層構造物では、各種ポリマー層を結合するための接着層が必要である。しかし、一般に各ポリマー層は非相溶であるため、接着のために層の数が増え、製造が複雑になるという欠点がある。
PA−11(またはPA−12)から成る外層は耐薬品性、耐塩化亜鉛性、衝撃強度および動的特性を有する。中間層は機械的強度、特に高温での耐圧性を有する。導電性または非導電性のPA−11またはPA−12から成る内層は機械特性および耐薬品性と、導電性(導電性を付与した場合)とを有する。
本発明の多層管は平滑(smooth)管でもリング加工(ringed)したものでもよい。さらに、平滑部とリング加工部とを有するものでもよい。
本発明の他の実施例では多層管を2つの層のみから構成することができる。
(1)ナイロン−11またはナイロン−12ポリアミドから成る層(任意層)、
(2)下記の(a)と(b)から成る中間層(合計で100重量%):
(1)式:X、Y/Zまたは6、Y2/Zで表される少なくとも一種のポリアミドA1:50〜100重量%、
〔ここで、
Xは6〜10個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミンの残基を示し、
Yは10〜14個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸の残基を示し、
Y2は15〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸の残基を示し、
Zはラクタムの残基、α,ω−アミノカルボン酸の残基、X1、Y1単位(ここで、X1はジアミンの残基を示し、Y1は二酸の残基を示す)の中から選択される少なくとも1つの単位を示し、
Z/(X+Y+Z)およびZ/(6+Y2+Z)の重量比は0〜15%である〕
(b)ナイロン−11またはナイロン−12のポリアミド:0〜50重量%、
(3)ナイロン−11またはナイロン−12のポリアミドから成る層(任意層)、
(ただし、層(1)および層(3)の少なくとも一方は必ず存在し、各層は互いに接着し、内層が輸送される流体と接触する層である)
本発明の一つの実施例では表面抵抗率を好ましくは106Ω以下にする導電材料を内層が含んでいる。
一つの実施例ではZは0である。
別の一つの実施例では多層管が層(1)〜(3)のみで構成され、層(1)および/または(3)は任意層である。
別の実施例では各層はガラス繊維のような繊維を含まない。
本発明の多層管はエンジン用潤滑油と燃料に対しても十分な耐久性がある。本発明の多層管は低温および高温での機械的特性が非常に優れている。
本発明のさらに他の対象は上記多層管の燃料輸送での使用にある。
このポリアミドは通常の添加剤である紫外線安定剤、酸化防止剤、難燃剤等を含むことができる。
「Y」の二酸は直鎖のα,ω−二酸にすることができる。分岐した二酸または線形(直鎖)二酸と分岐二酸との混合物にすることもできる。
ラクタムはカプロラクタムおよびラウリルラクタムの中ら選択できる。
X1は例えば脂肪族ジアミンであり、Y1は例えば脂肪族二酸である。X1の炭素原子の数は6〜14個にすることができる。Y1の炭素原子の数は6〜14にすることができる。
ポリアミドA1はポリアミドを製造する公知の方法で作ることができ、これにPA−11またはPA−12を添加してその弾性率、その他の層への接着力を調節することができる。
中間層のA1およびPA−11またはPA−12の固有粘度は、例えば、層(1)のポリアミドの固有粘度と同一範囲内で選択される。中間層は可塑剤、衝撃改質剤および層(1)の説明で述べたものの中から選択される添加剤を含むことができる。
各層の化合物は熱可塑性プラスチックの通常の溶融混合法で製造できる。本発明の多層管は通常の共押出し技術で製造でき、必要に応じてさらに成形技術を組み合わせてリング加工された管に成形できる。
PA−11の配合物:PA−11+13%BBSA+安定剤、
PA−6,10(+PA−11)の配合物:PA−6,10+10%PA−11+13%BBSA+安定剤、
PA−6,10の配合物:PA−6,10+13%BBSA+安定剤、
PA−6,12の配合物:PA−6,12+13%BBSA+安定剤、
導電性PA−11の配合物:65%PA−11(BESNOP40TL)+12%Pebax A+22%粒状Ensaco250ブラック+1%安定剤。
Pebax AはPA−12ブロックとPTMGブロックとを含むコポリマーで、固有粘度は1.5である。
多層管1(比較例):
900μmPA−11/100μm導電性PA−11、
多層管2(本発明の3層):
400μmPA−11/500μmPA−6,10(+PA−11)/100μm導電性PA−11、
多層管3(本発明の3層):
250μmPA−11/500μmPA−6,10/250μmPA−11、
多層管4(本発明の2層):
900μmPA−6,10(+PA−11)/100μm導電性PA−11、
多層管5(本発明の2層):
900μmPA−6,12/100μm導電性PA−11。
Claims (8)
- 半径方向に外側から内側へ向かって下記の層(1)〜(3)を下記順序で有することを特徴とする多層管:
(1)ナイロン−11またはナイロン−12ポリアミドから成る層(任意層)、
(2)下記の(a)と(b)から成る中間層(合計で100重量%):
(1)式:X、Y/Zまたは6、Y2/Zで表される少なくとも一種のポリアミドA1:50〜100重量%、
〔ここで、
Xは6〜10個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジアミンの残基を示し、
Yは10〜14個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸の残基を示し、
Y2は15〜20個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸の残基を示し、
Zはラクタムの残基、α,ω−アミノカルボン酸の残基、X1、Y1単位(ここで、X1はジアミンの残基を示し、Y1は二酸の残基を示す)の中から選択される少なくとも1つの単位を示し、
Z/(X+Y+Z)およびZ/(6+Y2+Z)の重量比は0〜15%である〕
(b)ナイロン−11またはナイロン−12のポリアミド:0〜50重量%、
(3)ナイロン−11またはナイロン−12のポリアミドから成る層(任意層)、
(ただし、層(1)および層(3)の少なくとも一方は必ず存在し、各層は互いに接着し、内層が輸送される流体と接触する層である) - 内層が導電材料を含んでいる請求項1に記載の多層管。
- 内層が互いに隣接する2つの層から成り、その一方の層は導電材料を含まず、その他方の層は導電材料を含み且つ多層管の内側に配置される請求項1に記載の多層管。
- 上記ポリアミドA1がPA−6,10である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層管。
- 上記ポリアミドA1がPA−6,12である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層管。
- 上記ポリアミドA1がPA−6,14である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層管。
- 中間層(2)中のA1とPA−11またはPA−12との重量比が、30〜0%のPA−11またはPA−12に対してA1が70〜100%である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層管。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層管の燃料輸送での使用。
