Claims (4)
- 酢酸を除く有機酸溶液に、大きさが5mm以上の冷凍果実を浸漬し、解凍することを特徴とする冷凍果実の解凍方法。
- 有機酸溶液の温度が50〜100℃である請求項1記載の方法。
- 有機酸溶液がクエン酸溶液である請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- クエン酸溶液のクエン酸濃度が0.1〜0.9%である請求項3記載の方法。
