Abstract
【解決手段】第2のシリンダ8bに設けられたベーン室15bに接続される吐出圧導入管を、密閉ケース1側面で、かつ潤滑油油面より下の部分に接続し、全負荷運転時、ベーン室へ高圧の潤滑油を導入する。

Description
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を、図面にもとづいて説明する。
近年オゾン層保護の観点から、塩素を含まないHFC冷媒を用いた圧縮機が開発されている。当機構を有した圧縮機をそういったHFC冷媒に用いることも可能である。
また、地球温暖化防止の観点から二酸化炭素等の自然冷媒を用いた圧縮機が開発されている。そのような自然冷媒を用いた圧縮機に当発明を適用することも可能である。

Claims (3)
- 密閉ケース内に、電動機部およびこの電動機部と連結されるロータリ式の圧縮機構部を収容し、前記圧縮機構部で圧縮したガスを一旦密閉ケース内に吐出してケース内高圧とする多気筒密閉形ロータリ圧縮機であって、前記圧縮機構部は、それぞれ偏心ローラが偏心回転自在に収容されるシリンダ室を備えた第1および第2のシリンダと、これらシリンダに設けられ、その先端縁が前記偏心ローラ周面に当接するよう押圧付勢されて偏心ローラの回転方向に沿ってシリンダ室を二分するベーンと、それぞれのベーン背面側端部を収容するベーン室とを具備し、前記第1のシリンダに設けられるベーンは前記ベーン室に配備されるばね部材によって押圧付勢され、前記第2のシリンダに設けられるベーンは前記ベーン室に導かれる吸込み圧もしくは吐出圧に応じて押圧付勢及び離間保持されてなり、前記第2のシリンダに設けられるベーン室への高圧導入を密閉ケースの底部より行うことを特徴とする密閉形ロータリ圧縮機。
- 塩素を含まないHCFCやHFC等を冷媒とした請求項1記載の密閉形ロータリ圧縮機。
- 二酸化炭素やアンモニア等の自然冷媒を冷媒とした請求項1記載の密閉形ロータリ圧縮機。
