Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、第1電極板、第2電極板、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間に介されたセパレータを備え、中心に所定の空間が形成された電極組立体と、SUS(steel use stainless)より軟質(soft)で、かつ、比重の低い材質からなり、前記電極組立体の中心空間に結合する棒形の巻芯部材と、前記電極組立体を受容する空間を備え、上部が開口されたケースと、前記ケースの上部と結合してこれを封入するキャップ組立体と、を含んでなされる。

Claims (13)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間に介されたセパレータを備え、中心に所定の空間が形成された電極組立体と、
SUS(steel use stainless)より軟質(soft)で、かつ、比重の低い材質からなり、前記電極組立体の中心空間に結合する棒形の巻芯部材と、
前記電極組立体を受容する空間を備え、上部が開口されたケースと、
前記ケースの上部と結合してこれを封入するキャップ組立体と、
を含むことを特徴とする円筒形リチウム二次電池。 - 前記巻芯部材は合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材はポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材は中心部に長手方向に沿って貫通したホールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材は外部面に長手方向に沿って形成された少なくとも1つの溝を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材は外部面に長手方向に沿って形成された4個の溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、前記第1電極板及び第2電極板間に介されたセパレータを備え、中心に所定の空間が形成された電極組立体と、
複数の羽部を備え、前記電極組立体の中心空間に結合する巻芯部材と、
前記電極組立体を受容する空間を備え、上部が開口されたケースと、
前記ケースの上部と結合して、これを封入するキャップ組立体と、
を含むことを特徴とする円筒形リチウム二次電池。 - 前記巻芯部材は4個の羽部を備え、その断面の形状が十字型(cross type)であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材の羽部の終端は全体的にラウンド形状からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材の羽部の終端はラウンドした四角形の形状からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材は合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材はポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)からなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
- 前記巻芯部材は中心部に長手方向に沿って貫通したホールを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の円筒形リチウム二次電池。
