Abstract
【解決手段】原水にオゾン接触池2で0.5〜1.5mg/Lのオゾンを注入するとともに、PAC等の凝集剤を添加し、ラインミキサー4で撹拌して凝集混和させた後、0.05〜1.0μmの膜孔径を持つ内圧式セラミック膜5により、3〜10m/dの流束で膜ろ過して浄水を製造する。原水濁度の変化に関係なく、長期間にわたり高流束での安定した膜ろ過が可能である。

Claims (3)
- 原水に0.5〜1.5mg/Lのオゾンを注入するとともに凝集剤を添加し、撹拌して凝集混和させた後、0.05〜1.0μmの膜孔径を持つ内圧式セラミック膜により、3〜10m/dの流束で膜ろ過することを特徴とする浄水製造方法。
- 凝集混和をラインミキシングにより行わせることを特徴とする請求項1記載の浄水製造方法。
- pHが2程度の酸性水による逆洗も可能であり、1日1回程度の酸逆洗を行えば1年以上の長期間にわたる連続運転も可能な浄水製造方法。
