Abstract
【解決手段】 内部に空孔8を含む多孔質状の焼結合金により形成された軸受本体2に、回転軸が挿通される軸受孔3が形成された焼結含油軸受1において、軸受本体2の外周面7で開放された空孔8を潰す。圧粉体Pにおいて空孔8を潰したり、圧粉体Pを焼結した焼結合金において空孔8を潰したりしてもよい。これにより軸受1の外周面7から潤滑油が漏れることがなく、内側の軸受孔3における油圧を確保することができる。

Claims (5)
- 内部に空孔を含む多孔質状の焼結合金により形成された軸受本体に、回転軸が挿通される軸受孔が形成された焼結含油軸受において、前記軸受本体の外周面で開放された前記空孔を潰したことを特徴とする焼結含油軸受。
- 前記外周面の前記空孔を潰した部分の表面空孔率が10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼結含油軸受。
- 原料粉末から圧粉体を形成し、この圧粉体を焼結して内部に空孔を含む多孔質状の焼結合金を形成し、この焼結合金からなる軸受本体に、回転軸が挿通される軸受孔が形成された焼結含油軸受の製造方法において、前記圧粉体の外周面で開放された前記空孔を潰すことを特徴とする焼結含油軸受の製造方法。
- 原料粉末から圧粉体を形成し、この圧粉体を焼結して内部に空孔を含む多孔質状の焼結合金を形成し、この焼結体を矯正し、この矯正した焼結合金からなる軸受本体に、回転軸が挿通される軸受孔が形成された焼結含油軸受の製造方法において、前記矯正時又は矯正後に前記焼結合金の外周面で開放された前記空孔を潰すことを特徴とする焼結含油軸受の製造方法。
- 前記圧粉体の外周面で開放された前記空孔を潰すことを特徴とする請求項4記載の焼結含油軸受の製造方法。
