Description
1.熱重合性プラスチック材料(1または2成分)。これは、熱により生じる極めて高い体収縮を示し、これは、装着の不適合性を招くものである。
2.自家重合性プラスチック材料(2成分系)。
3.光重合性プラスチック材料(1または2成分系)。
4.熱可塑性プラチック材料(1成分系)。このような材料は、加工に際し歯科技術的にかなり困難である。

メチルメタクリレート93.85%、ブタンジオールジメタクリレート6%、トリオクチルメチルアンモニウムクロリド0.15%、銅(II)塩化物−二水和物 10ppmから成るモノマー混合物と、
ポリメチルメタクリレート20%(たとえば、Plexidon M449、Roehm GmbH)、ポリメチルメタクリレートコポリマー78.8%、1−ベンジル−5−フェニルバルビツール酸0.9%、5−n−ブチルバルビツール酸0.3%、ジベンゾイルペルオキシド0.8%から成る粉末成分とを混合し、鋳型中に導入し、かつ55℃で30分に亘って重合させた。

Claims (4)
- A)液体モノマー成分、
B)弾性相によって改質化された粒状重合体少なくとも1種を含有する粉末状充填剤含有成分から成る、自家重合する2−成分−補てつ物ベース材料であって、硬化後に、破壊靭性≧2MPa・m1/2および破壊エネルギー≧900J/m2を示す高衝撃性の補てつ物プラスチック材料を生じる、自家重合する2−成分−補てつ物ベース材料。 - 弾性相が、
a.ポリ−(n−ブチル−アクリレート)PBA、
b.ブタジエン−スチレン−コポリマー
c.シリコンゴム−(グラフトコポリマー)
から成る群から選択されている、請求項1に記載の2成分−補てつ物ベース材料。 - さらに充填剤、顔料、安定化剤、調整剤、抗菌添加剤、UV−吸収剤、チキソトロープ剤、触媒および架橋剤からなる群から選択される1種またはそれ以上の材料を含有する、請求項1または2に記載の2成分−補てつ物ベース材料。
- 破壊靭性≧2MPa・m1/2および破壊エネルギー≧900J/m2を示す、高衝撃性補てつ物プラスチック材料を製造するための、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の2−成分−補てつ物ベース材料の使用。
