Description
1. 高温重合性プラスチック(1成分もしくは2成分)。これらのプラスチックは、熱により引き起こされる非常に高い容積収縮を示し、それは嵌合精度の低下をまねく。

それらの例は、ラジカル重合可能な一官能性のモノマー、例えばモノ(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、フルフリル(メタ)アクリレートもしくはフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、二官能性もしくは多官能性のモノマー、例えば二官能性もしくは多官能性のアクリレートもしくはメタクリレート、例えばビスフェノール−A−ジ(メタ)アクリレート、ビス−GMA(メタクリル酸とビスフェノール−A−ジグリシジル−エーテルとからなる付加生成物)、UDMA(2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレートと2,2,4−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートとからなる付加生成物)、ジエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレートもしくはテトラエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、デカンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、lドデカンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ヘキシルデカンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリトリットテトラ(メタ)アクリレート並びにブタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、エチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシ化/プロポキシ化されたビスフェノール−A−ジ(メタ)アクリレートである。充填剤としては、例えば熱分解ケイ酸又は沈降ケイ酸、歯科用ガラス、例えばアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス又はフルオロアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、ケイ酸ストロンチウム、ホウケイ酸ストロンチウム、ケイ酸リチウム、ケイ酸リチウムアルミニウム、層状ケイ酸塩、ゼオライト、酸化物もしくは混合酸化物(SiO2、ZrO2及び/又はTiO2)を基礎とする非晶質の球状充填剤、一次粒度約40〜300nmを有する金属酸化物、10〜100μmの粒度を有するポリマー細片(R.Janda,Kunststoffverbundsysteme,VCH Verlagsgesellschaft,Weinheim,1990,第225頁以降を参照)又はそれらの混合物が該当する。更に、補強剤、例えばガラス繊維、ポリアミド繊維又は炭素繊維を混加することができる。
TGEH:チオグリコール酸−2−エチルヘキシルエステル、
t−DDM:t−ドデシルメルカプタン、
GDMA:グリコールジメルカプトアセテート
が該当する。
LPO:ジラウロイルペルオキシド、
BPO:ジベンゾイルペルオキシド、
t−BPEH:t−ブチルペル−2−エチルヘキサノエート、
ADMV:2,2′−アゾビス(2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル)、
AIBN:2,2′−アゾビス(イソブチロニトリル)、
DTBP:ジ−t−ブチルペルオキシド
である。
− 改善された衝撃強さを有する骨セメント、
− 衝撃強さが高くなければならない獣医学用途、例えば蹄修復材料もしくは動物用の義歯、
においてもたされる。
− 改善された衝撃強さを有する骨セメント、
− 衝撃強さが高くなければならない獣医学用途、例えば蹄修復材料もしくは動物用の義歯、
− 歯列矯正のための顎整形外科的装置
にある。
Claims (8)
- 重合可能な歯科材料であって、該材料が、以下のI)〜III)、すなわち、
I)以下の
A)少なくとも1種の液状のメチルメタクリレート−モノマー成分と、
B)液状のポリマー(オリゴマー)として添加された成分であって、
・ アクリル化若しくはメタクリル化されたブタジエン−オリゴマー若しくはポリ
マー、又は
・ アクリル化若しくはメタクリル化されたアクリルニトリル−ブタジエン−オリ
ゴマー若しくはポリマー
の少なくとも1種の成分と
を含有する液状成分を有すること、
II)メタクリレートを基礎とするポリマー粉末若しくはパール重合体を含有する粉末成分を有すること、並びに
III)硬化後に、3mmの層厚での透明性が70%より高いこと、
を特徴とするとともに、
成分B)の歯科材料に対する割合が1質量%よりも高く、かつ、
成分A)の歯科材料に対する割合が20質量%よりも高い
ことを特徴とする、歯科材料。 - 請求項1記載の歯科材料であって、付加的に、更なるモノマー、充填剤、顔料、安定剤、調整剤、抗微生物性添加剤、UV吸収剤、チキソトロピー剤、触媒及び架橋剤の群からの1若しくは複数の物質を含有する歯科材料。
- 請求項1又は2記載の歯科材料であって、成分B)の割合が1質量%超から99質量%までである、歯科材料。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の歯科材料であって、成分B)の割合が2〜80質量%である、歯科材料。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の歯科材料であって、成分B)の割合が50〜80質量%である、歯科材料。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の歯科材料であって、成分A)の割合が20質量%超から99質量%までである、歯科材料。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の歯科材料であって、成分A)の割合が20質量%超から50質量%までである歯科材料。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の歯科材料の、
a)改善された衝撃強さを有する骨セメント、
b)蹄修復材料又は動物用の義歯、又は
c)歯列矯正のための顎整形外科的装置
を製造するための使用。
