Claims (6)
- 第1電極と第2電極との間に設置された光応答性領域を備え、電荷キャリアが光応答性領域と電極との間を移動できるようになっている光電子デバイスであって、前記光応答性領域は、それぞれ異なる電子親和力を有する第1の光応答性材料と第2の光応答性材料とのブレンドを含む少なくとも第1と第2のブレンド層を備え、前記第1および第2のブレンド層は異なる割合の第1および第2の光応答性材料を含む光電子デバイス。
- 前記第1の光応答性材料が半導体性の共役ポリマーである請求項1記載の光電子デバイス。
- 前記第2の光応答性材料が半導体性の共役ポリマーである請求項1または2記載の光電子デバイス。
- 前記光応答性領域が第1および第2ブレンド層の交互の積層体を含む請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の光電子デバイス。
- 前記第1電極に隣接する実質的に第1の光応答性材料からなる層をさらに含む請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の光電子デバイス。
- 前記第2電極に隣接する実質的に第2の光応答性材料からなる層をさらに含む請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載の光電子デバイス。
