表面粗度が10μmであるTi基板を準備した。前記Ti基板上部に0.5μm厚さのCrOx膜を形成した後、CrOx膜の上部にスピンコーティング器を利用してネガティブフォトレジストであるSU−8(米国、マイクロケム社製)を塗布した後、90℃で15分間乾燥させた。

前記基板と前記金属物質からなる電極との間に介在された接着層と、
を備えることを特徴とする平板ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記電極は、少なくとも二層の前記金属物質からなる金属層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記金属物質は、Ag、Au、Cu、Ni、Pt、Pa、及びAlからなる群から選択された一または二以上の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着層は、無機質系バインダの焼成結果物からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記無機質系バインダは、PbO−SiO2系、PbO−B2O3−SiO2系、ZnO−SiO2系、ZnO−B2O3−SiO2系、Bi2O3−SiO2系、及びBi2O3−B2O3−SiO2系物質からなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、0.2μmから4μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記電極は、プラズマディスプレイ装置用のアドレス電極として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記電極は、プラズマディスプレイ用のバス電極として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置。
- 金属基板を準備する工程と、
前記金属基板上にメッキマスク層を形成し、金属メッキ用基板を形成する工程と、
前記金属メッキ用基板に電極を形成する工程と、
前記金属メッキ用基板に形成された電極を、粘着層を利用して前記金属メッキ用基板から分離する工程と、
前記分離された電極を、接着組成物を利用して基板に提供する工程と、
前記電極から前記粘着層を分離する工程と、
前記接着組成物を焼成し、接着層を形成することによって前記電極を基板に固定する工程と、
を含む平板ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記金属メッキ用基板のメッキマスク層は、BPSG膜、SOG膜、PSG膜、DLC膜、SiOx膜、SiNx膜、SiONx膜、TiOx膜、AlOx膜、Cr膜、CrOx膜、及びフォトレジスト膜からなる群から選択された一または二以上の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記電極を形成する工程は、電解メッキ法を利用して行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記電極を形成する工程で形成された電極は、Ag、Au、Cu、Ni、Pt、Pa、及びAlからなる群から選択された一つまたは二以上の組み合わせからなることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記接着組成物は、無機質系バインダ及びビヒクルを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記無機質系バインダは、PbO−SiO2系、PbO−B2O3−SiO2系、ZnO−SiO2系、ZnO−B2O3−SiO2系、Bi2O3−SiO2系、及びBi2O3−B2O3−SiO2系物質からなる群から選択された一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記ビヒクルは、アクリル系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の平板ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
