Abstract
【解決手段】蒸発ガスコンプレッサ10と冷却システム40に連結された超低温用熱交換器20とLNG気液分離器30とガス燃焼ユニット80とを含むLNG船の蒸発ガス再液化のための過冷液化運転システムであり、LNG気液分離器30と逆流防止バルブ50とを連結する前記配管に並列に連結され、第1逆流防止バルブ50及び第1圧力調節バルブ60が設置される構造と同一形態の配管と、前記並列配管に設置され、過冷条件で運転される前記LNG気液分離器30を安定的に運転するために、前記蒸発ガスコンプレッサ10から発生する蒸発ガスの流量を調節して、LNG気液分離器30の圧力を一定に維持し、過冷液化運転時、LNG気液分離器30の圧力及び液面の高さを安定的に制御した状態で運転するシステムを構成する。

Claims (2)
- 蒸発ガスコンプレッサと、冷却システムに連結された超低温用熱交換器と、LNG気液分離器とガス燃焼ユニットとを連結する配管に設置される第1逆流防止バルブおよび第1圧力調節バルブと、を含むLNG船の蒸発ガス再液化のための過冷液化運転システムであって、
前記LNG気液分離器と逆流防止バルブとを連結する前記配管に並列に連結され、前記第1逆流防止バルブ及び前記第1圧力調節バルブが設置される構造と同一形態の並列配管と、
前記並列配管に設置され、非理想的に圧力が上昇したときに発生するガスの逆流を防止する第2逆流防止バルブと、
前記並列配管に設置され、過冷条件で前記LNG気液分離器を安定的に運転するために、前記蒸発ガスコンプレッサから発生する蒸発ガスの流量を調節することで、LNG気液分離器の圧力を一定に維持する第2圧力調節バルブと、を含み、
前記並列配管の他側は、蒸発ガスコンプレッサと超低温用熱交換器とを連結する配管に連結され、過冷液化運転時、前記LNG気液分離器の運転圧力及び液面の高さを安定的に制御するために、前記LNG気液分離器の上部蒸気領域にブランケットの目的で蒸発ガスコンプレッサから排出された蒸発ガスを供給することで、LNG気液分離器の圧力及び液面の高さを安定的に制御した状態で運転することを特徴とするLNG船の蒸発ガス過冷液化運転システム。 - 蒸発ガスコンプレッサと、冷却システムに連結された超低温用熱交換器と、LNG気液分離器とガス燃焼ユニットとを連結する配管に設置される第1逆流防止バルブおよび第1圧力調節バルブと、を含むLNG船の蒸発ガス再液化のための過冷液化運転システムであって、
前記LNG気液分離器と逆流防止バルブとを連結する前記配管に並列に連結され、前記第1逆流防止バルブ及び前記第1圧力調節バルブが設置される構造と同一形態の並列配管と、
前記並列配管に連結されるとともに、LNG船のマシナリースペースに設置され、過冷条件で運転されるLNG気液分離器の圧力を一定に維持するために前記LNG気液分離器に窒素ガスを供給する窒素発生器と、
前記並列配管に設置され、非理想的に圧力が上昇して発生する逆流を防止する第2逆流防止バルブと、
前記並列配管に設置され、過冷条件で運転されるLNG気液分離器を安定的に運転するために前記窒素ガス流量を調節することで、LNG気液分離器の圧力を一定に維持する第2圧力調節バルブと、を含み、
過冷液化運転時、前記LNG気液分離器の蒸気領域に前記窒素発生器からの窒素ガスをブランケットの目的で供給し、前記LNG気液分離器の圧力及び液面の高さを安定的に制御した状態で運転することを特徴とするLNG船の蒸発ガス過冷液化運転システム。
