Description
Claims (7)
- 船舶または海上構造物に設けられた貯蔵タンクで発生する蒸発ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機で圧縮された前記蒸発ガスが前記圧縮機に取り込まれる蒸発ガスと熱交換される蒸発ガス熱交換器と、
前記圧縮機で圧縮された前記蒸発ガスを前記貯蔵タンクから供給される液化天然ガスの冷熱で再凝縮させる再凝縮器と、
前記圧縮機の下流で前記再凝縮器に連結され、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器が設けられる圧縮ガス供給ラインと、
圧縮された前記蒸発ガスが前記蒸発ガス熱交換器をバイパスして前記再凝縮器に取り込まれるように、前記圧縮ガス供給ラインから分岐されるバイパスラインと、
前記圧縮ガス供給ラインにおいて前記バイパスラインの分岐点以降に設けられる第1の制御バルブと、
前記バイパスラインに設けられる第2の制御バルブと
を備え、
前記第1及び第2の制御バルブを制御することによって、前記再凝縮器に流入する圧縮された前記蒸発ガスの温度を調節でき、
前記再凝縮器に取り込まれる液化天然ガスの量が再凝縮される蒸発ガスの量に比べて多いほど、前記バイパスラインに沿って前記再凝縮器に供給される蒸発ガスの量を増加させて、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器により冷却された後に前記再凝縮器に供給される蒸発ガスの量を減少させて、
前記再凝縮器に取り込まれる液化天然ガスの量が再凝縮させる蒸発ガスの量に比べて少ないほど、前記バイパスラインに沿って前記再凝縮器に供給される蒸発ガスの量を減少させて、前記蒸発ガス熱交換器により冷却された後に前記再凝縮器に供給される蒸発ガスの量を増加させる
蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記圧縮ガス供給ラインにおいて前記圧縮機の下流に設けられ、圧縮された前記蒸発ガスが海水または清水と熱交換される圧縮ガス熱交換器をさらに備える請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記貯蔵タンクから前記再凝縮器に過冷却された液化天然ガスを供給する液化天然ガス供給ラインと、前記貯蔵タンクに設けられ、前記液化天然ガス供給ラインに前記液化天然ガスをポンピングする移送ポンプとをさらに備える請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記再凝縮器の下流に設けられ、前記液化天然ガスを圧縮する高圧ポンプと、前記高圧ポンプから圧縮された前記液化天然ガスを受け取って気化させる気化器とをさらに備える請求項3に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記圧縮ガス熱交換器の下流で前記圧縮ガス供給ラインから分岐され、圧縮された前記蒸発ガスを前記船舶または海洋構造物のガス消費先に供給するガスラインをさらに備える請求項2に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記圧縮機の上流に設けられ、前記貯蔵タンクで発生する前記蒸発ガスの温度が高い場合、前記貯蔵タンクの液化天然ガスを前記蒸発ガスと混合することによって、前記圧縮機に取り込まれる前記蒸発ガスを冷却するインラインミキサーをさらに備える請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記船舶または海洋構造物は、LNG−RV(Regasification Vessel)またはLNG−FSRU(Floating Storage and Regasification Unit)のうちいずれか一つである請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
