Claims (7)
- LNG貯蔵タンクを備え、LNGを再気化させて陸上に天然ガスを供給する船舶又は海洋構造物に適用され、前記LNG貯蔵タンクで発生する蒸発ガスの処理システムにおいて、
前記LNG貯蔵タンクに貯蔵されたLNGを再気化し、天然ガスを供給する再気化ライン;
前記LNG貯蔵タンクで発生する前記蒸発ガスを高圧で圧縮して前記再気化ラインの下流に供給する高圧圧縮ライン;
前記再気化ラインに設けられ、前記LNG貯蔵タンクから過冷却されたLNGが供給される再凝縮器;
前記LNG貯蔵タンクで発生する前記蒸発ガスを低圧で圧縮して前記再凝縮器に供給し、前記過冷却されたLNGと熱交換で凝縮させる低圧凝縮ライン;
前記高圧圧縮ラインに設けられ、前記LNG貯蔵タンクから供給された前記蒸発ガスを高圧で圧縮する高圧圧縮機;及び
前記低圧凝縮ラインに設けられ、前記LNG貯蔵タンクから供給された前記蒸発ガスを低圧で圧縮して前記再凝縮器に供給する低圧圧縮機;を備え、

前記蒸発ガスは前記低圧凝縮ラインに供給され、残った蒸発ガスが前記高圧圧縮ラインに供給される
ことを特徴とする蒸発ガス処理システム。 - 前記再気化ラインに設けられ、前記再凝縮器から供給されたLNGを圧縮する高圧ポンプ;及び前記再気化ラインに設けられ、前記高圧ポンプで圧縮されたLNGを気化させる気化器;をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記高圧圧縮機において高圧で圧縮された前記蒸発ガスは、前記再気化ラインから前記気化器の下流に供給されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記LNG貯蔵タンクに設けられ、LNGをポンピングして過冷却状態で前記再凝縮器に供給するLNG供給ポンプ;をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記高圧圧縮ラインと前記低圧凝縮ラインで圧縮された前記蒸発ガスを、前記船舶又は海洋構造物のガスエンジン、GCU(GAS Combustion Unit)、ボイラーを含むガス消費先に供給する燃料供給ラインをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- 前記船舶又は海洋構造物は、LNGを再気化させて陸上に天然ガスを供給するLNG−RV(Regasification Vessel)又はLNG−FSRU(Floating Storage Regasification Unit)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発ガス処理システム。
- LNG貯蔵タンクを備え、LNGを再気化させて陸上に天然ガスを供給する船舶又は海洋構造物の前記LNG貯蔵タンクで発生する蒸発ガスの処理方法において、
前記LNG貯蔵タンクに貯蔵されたLNGを再気化させて天然ガスを陸上に供給しながら、前記LNG貯蔵タンクで発生する前記蒸発ガスを高圧で圧縮して再気化された天然ガスと共に陸上へ供給する際、前記LNG貯蔵タンクで発生する前記蒸発ガスは、低圧圧縮し、再気化される前記LNGに混合して再凝縮させて処理し、前記LNGの冷熱により再凝縮できない前記蒸発ガスは、高圧で圧縮して前記再気化された天然ガスと共に陸上へ供給することを特徴とする蒸発ガス処理方法。
