Description
発明は、特に液化ガス輸送船などの船に搭載された、ガス貯蔵設備のガス処理方法及びシステムに関し、その設備は、船に貯蔵された貨物から生じるガスによって動力が供給される。
長距離にわたるそれらの輸送を容易にするために、数種類のガスを液化された形態で、船で輸送することが知られている。液化ガスの例は、液化天然ガス(LNG)や液化石油ガス(LPG)である。ガスは、それらが大気圧に近い圧力で液体になるようにするために、そしてそれらを専用の容器に装填するために、非常に低温まで、実際には極低温まで冷却される。液化天然ガス及び液化石油ガスは、あらゆる業種の機器の様々なアイテムに関する燃料として利用されている。最近、液化天然ガスは、船舶の、特に液化石油ガス及び液化天然ガスを輸送するものの、動力供給のエネルギーのニーズに使用され、例えば「ECA」(排出規制海域)及び「SECA」(SOx排出規制海域)における硫黄酸化物(SOx)及び窒素酸化物(NOx)の排出を制限する新しい環境規制に適合している。
第1の態様によれば、発明は、ガス貯蔵設備のガス処理方法を提供し、設備は、第1のガスが貯蔵されるタンクと、第2のガスが貯蔵される容器とを含み、第2のガスは、第1のガスの沸点よりも低い沸点を有し、方法は、タンクから第1の回路において移動する第1のガスの蒸気が、入口温度を有し且つ第2の回路において移動する液体状態の第2のガスとの熱交換によって再液化される再液化段階を含み、第1のガスの再液化蒸気はタンク内に移送され、第2のガスは、再液化後に出口温度で液体状態に維持されて容器に戻され、第1のガスと第2のガスとの間の熱交換は、第1のガスの再液化された蒸気の出口温度が第1の閾値と第2の閾値との間にあるように、実行される。
- 再液化段階前の第2のガスの入口温度と再液化段階後の第2のガスの出口温度との間の温度差は、20℃~30℃であり、
- 第2のガスの出口温度は、容器の最大許容貯蔵圧力値以下の圧力での第2のガスの気化温度よりも低く、
- 第1のガスの再液化した蒸気は、タンクが耐えなければならない最低温度値以上の温度でタンク内に移送され、
- 第1のガスの再液化後の第2のガスの出口圧力は8バールであり、
- 第2のガスの出口温度は、2~20バールの圧力で-155℃~-105℃であり、
- 第1のガスの出口温度の第1の閾値は、大気圧での第1のガスの液化温度に実質的に近く、第2の閾値温度は、第1の閾値よりも大気圧で10℃~40℃低く、
- 第1の閾値はおおよそ-40℃であり、第2の閾値はおおよそ-50℃であり、
- 第1のガスの蒸気は熱交換の前に圧縮され、
- 第2のガスは容器の底部から引き出され、
- 再液化段階の間の熱交換は、第1のガスを積み込む運転の間又はタンクを冷却する運転の間に行われ、
- 第1のガスは液化石油ガスであり、
- 第2のガスは液化天然ガスである。

- 熱交換器は、再液化段階前の第2のガスの入口温度と再液化段階後の出口温度との間の温度差が5℃~55℃になるように構成され、
- システムは、熱交換の前にタンクから引き出される第1のガスの蒸気を圧縮するように、第1の回路の上流に設置されたコンプレッサーを備え、
- 第2の回路は、容器及び第2の回路に各々が接続されてパイプとともに、閉回路を形成し、
- 第1のガスは液化石油ガスであり、

Claims (36)

- 第1の熱交換器に接続される第2のパイプライン(16、56、156)であって、液体状態の第1のガスの蓄冷層を形成するために、サブクールされた第1のガスを前記タンク又は容器の又は他のタンク又は容器の底部において貯蔵するように、前記タンク又は容器(4、5、500)又は他のタンク又は容器の下部に現れる第2のパイプライン(16、56、156)と、を備えるシステム(1)。 - 液体状態の第2のガスが貯蔵される容器(5)を備え、第2のガスは第1のガスの沸点以下の沸点を有することを特徴とする請求項26に記載のシステム。
- 液体状態の第2のガスは、第1のガスの第1のサブクールを実行するように、第1の熱交換器(6;20)に接続される第2のパイプラインにおいて移動することを特徴とする請求項27に記載のシステム(1)。
- 液体状態の第2のガスによって第1のガスの第2のサブクールを実行するように構成される第2の熱交換器(22)を備えることを特徴とする請求項26~28のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- タンク又は容器の底部は、導管の第1の端部に接続される出口を備え、当該導管は、タンク(4)又は容器(5、500)の上部に設置されるスプレーバーにつながれた第2の端部を備えることを特徴とする請求項26~29のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 加熱装置(32)を備え、当該加熱装置(32)において、第1の熱交換器(20)で加熱、気化又は部分的に気化した第2のガスが移動することを特徴とする請求項26~30のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 第1の熱交換器(20;50;150)の上流に設けられる減圧手段(41、53、153)を備えることを特徴とする請求項26~31のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 第2の熱交換器(22)は、2~20バールの圧力で-155℃~-105℃の出口温度で第2のガスを提供するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項26~32のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 第1のガスは、液化天然ガス又は液化石油ガスであることを特徴とする請求項26~33のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 第2のガスは液化天然ガスであることを特徴とする請求項26~34のいずれか一項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 請求項26~35のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのシステムを備える船、特に液化ガス輸送船。
