Abstract
【解決手段】 金属材や合成樹脂材などの被験体1の表面に形成されている皮膜の特性を測定する皮膜評価試験機であって、被験体1に液体に砥粒が混入された噴射材を圧搾空気と共に噴射する噴射部2と、この噴射部2で噴射材が噴射された被験体1の表面を計測する計測部3とを具備し、更に、噴射部2で噴射材が噴射される位置に前記被験体1が配された噴射可能状態と、計測部3で計測される位置に前記被験体1が配された計測可能状態とを自動的に切り替える自動切替機構Cを具備したものである。

Claims (5)
- 金属材や合成樹脂材などの被験体の表面に形成されている皮膜の特性を測定する皮膜評価試験機であって、被験体に液体に砥粒が混入された噴射材を圧搾空気と共に噴射する噴射部と、この噴射部で噴射材が噴射された被験体の表面を計測する計測部とを具備し、更に、噴射部で噴射材が噴射される位置に前記被験体が配された噴射可能状態と、計測部で計測される位置に前記被験体が配された計測可能状態とを自動的に切り替える自動切替機構を具備したことを特徴とする皮膜評価試験機。
- 請求項1記載の皮膜評価試験機において、前記自動切替機構として、前記被験体が噴射部及び計測部に対して移動自在に設けられ、噴射部で噴射材が噴射される位置に前記被験体が配された噴射可能状態と、計測部で計測される位置に前記被験体が配された計測可能状態とを自動的に切り替える構成の自動切替機構を採用したことを特徴とする皮膜評価試験機。
- 請求項1記載の皮膜評価試験機において、前記自動切替機構として、前記噴射部及び計測部が前記被験体に対して移動自在に設けられ、噴射部で噴射材が噴射される位置に前記被験体が配された噴射可能状態と、計測部で計測される位置に前記被験体が配された計測可能状態とを自動的に切り替える構成の自動切替機構を採用したことを特徴とする皮膜評価試験機。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の皮膜評価試験機において、前記噴射材に含まれる砥粒として粒径が50μm以下の砥粒が採用されていることを特徴とする皮膜評価試験機。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の皮膜評価試験機において、前記噴射部と計測部との間に噴射部で噴射され被験体の表面に付着した付着物を除去する付着物除去部が設けられたことを特徴とする皮膜評価試験機。
