Abstract
高画質な映像の表示や録画等が可能な映像信号を生成できる映像信号処理装置を提供することができる。
【解決手段】
本発明にかかる映像信号処理装置は、入力されるTSを復号してフィールド周波数fvが60Hzと59.94Hzの映像信号を生成する復号部と、フィールド周波数fvが60Hzと59.94Hzの映像信号のそれぞれを、フレームごとに色副搬送波の位相が反転したNTSC方式の映像信号に変換する変換部と、を有するものである。

標準ライン周波数fH=262.5fv=15.734kHz ・・・(3)
標準色副搬送波周波数fsc=227.5fH=3.579545MHz ・・・(4)
これより、次の(9)式を得る。
2fSC60=奇数×fV60 ・・・(9)
この(9)式を変形して次の(10)式が得られる。
2fSC60/fV60=奇数 ・・・(10)
この(10)式は、言い換えれば、2フレームに奇数個のSCが含まれることを示している。(10)式をmod(m,n)で表すと次の(11)式となる。このmod(m,n)は、m÷nの余りを示している。

Claims (9)
- 入力されるデータストリームを復号して第1の標準映像信号と第1の非標準映像信号を生成する復号部と、
第1の色副搬送波周波数によって前記第1の標準映像信号を、フレームごとに色副搬送波の位相が反転した第2の標準映像信号に変換し、第2の色副搬送波周波数によって前記第1の非標準映像信号を、フレームごとに色副搬送波の位相が反転した第2の非標準映像信号に変換する変換部と、
を有する映像信号処理装置。 - 前記第2の標準映像信号及び前記第2の非標準映像信号は、連続する2フレームに奇数個の色副搬送波が含まれている、
請求項1に記載の映像信号処理装置。 - 前記第2の標準映像信号及び前記第2の非標準映像信号は、前記第1の色副搬送波周波数の信号を生成する発振器によって多重信号を分離する分離装置へ出力され
前記第2の色副搬送波周波数は、前記分離装置の発振器が周波数の差を許容できる許容範囲内の周波数である、
請求項1又は2に記載の映像信号処理装置。 - 前記第2の色副搬送波周波数は、前記許容範囲の上限値及び下限値との差の絶対値が最大となる周波数ある、
請求項3に記載の映像信号処理装置。 - 前記第1の標準映像信号もしくは第1の非標準映像信号のフィールド周波数のそれぞれに対応して、前記第1の色副搬送波周波数もしくは前記第2の色副搬送波周波数を選択する選択部をさらに有する、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の映像信号処理装置。 - 前記第1の標準映像信号もしくは第1の非標準映像信号のそれぞれの映像サイズを、前記第2の標準映像信号もしくは前記第2の非標準映像信号の映像サイズに変換する映像サイズ変換部をさらに有する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載の映像信号処理装置。 - 前記第1の標準映像信号及び前記第2の標準映像信号のフィールド周波数は、23.976Hz、29.97Hz、59.94Hzのいずれかであり、
前記第1の非標準映像信号及び前記第2の非標準映像信号のフィールド周波数は、24Hz,30Hz,60.00Hzのいずれかである、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の映像信号処理装置。 - 前記第1の標準映像信号及び前記第1の非標準映像信号は、ATSC方式の映像信号であり、
前記第2の標準映像信号及び前記第2の非標準映像信号は、NTSC方式の映像信号である、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載の映像信号処理装置。 - 入力されるデータストリームを復号して第1の標準映像信号と第1の非標準映像信号を生成し、
第1の色副搬送波周波数によって前記第1の標準映像信号を、フレームごとに色副搬送波の位相が反転した第2の標準映像信号に変換し、第2の色副搬送波周波数によって前記第1の非標準映像信号を、フレームごとに色副搬送波の位相が反転した第2の非標準映像信号に変換する、
