Claims (11)
- 電子輸送皮膜(14)がその上に配設された導電性基板(12)を含み、前記電子輸送皮膜が円柱構造を含むことを特徴とする電極(10)。
- 前記電子輸送皮膜(14)が、半導体、導体、またはそれらの組合せを含む円柱構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電極(10)。
- 前記半導体が、金属酸化物を含み、前記導体がカーボンナノチューブを含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の電極(10)。
- 前記金属酸化物が、酸化チタンであり、前記酸化チタンが、非化学量論的組成または化学量論的組成であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電極(10)。
- 前記円柱構造が、膨張熱プラズマ内に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電極(10)。
- 前記導電性基板(12)が、支持部と導電部とを含み、前記導電部が、前記円柱構造と接触することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電極(10)。
- 前記導電部が、インジウムスズ酸化物、Fドープされた透明酸化物、導電性ポリマー、金属薄膜、金属フォイル、またはそれらのうち少なくとも1つを含む組合せを含む皮膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電極(10)。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の前記電極(10)を含む光電池(300)。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の前記電極(10)を含む燃料電池。
- 圧力が約30ミリトル乃至約300ミリトル、かつプラズマが反応種と酸素とを含む膨張熱プラズマ発生器内で基板(12)をプラズマに接触させる段階と、
前記基板(12)上に、円柱微細構造を含む半導体性皮膜を配設する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記基板(12)を約300乃至約500℃の温度で焼結する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の製造方法。
