Abstract
【解決手段】 保温材11により構成された保温ジャケット10の内壁面を、断面円形の配管1の外周壁面に配管1の長さ方向に垂直な断面で多角形状に当接させて、多角形の角部12と配管1との間の空間13に空気を介在させた態様で配管1を保温ジャケット10で覆い、角部12に電熱線14を配管1の長さ方向に延びるように配設する。

(1)配管の内側壁面に電熱線を直接配設したもの(特許文献1)、
(2)電熱線を保温材とともに配管に直接巻き付けたもの(特許文献2,3)、
(3)面状ヒータを外側面に被着した金属板で配管より大きい加熱空間を形成して配管を囲ったもの(特許文献4)、
(4)保温材とガラス布等に電熱線を埋設したジャケット・ヒータを配管に直接巻き付けたもの等が知られている。

Claims (2)
- 保温材により構成された保温ジャケットの内壁面を、断面円形の配管の外周壁面に該配管の長さ方向に垂直な断面で多角形状に当接させて、該多角形の角部と前記配管との間に空気を介在させた態様で該配管を前記保温ジャケットで覆い、前記角部に電熱線を前記配管の長さ方向に延びるように配設したことを特徴とする配管の加熱構造。
- 前記保温材が、耐熱樹脂を含浸したものからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の配管の加熱構造。
