Abstract
【解決手段】基部と、この基部に取り付けられ、同一の面に配置された少なくとも3個の加速度計とを備える傾度センサが提供される。また、同一の面において、基部に取り付けられた、少なくとも3個の加速度計を配置する段階と、各加速度計の重力加速度を検知する段階と、検知された加速度に基づき、傾斜角度を計算する段階とを含む、傾斜角度の測定方法が提供される。

Description
本発明の第2の目的は、複雑な製造工程と傾度センサ部品の調節を必要とせずに、装置に容易に取り付けられる傾度センサを提供することにある。
本発明の上記及びその他の目的は、当業者には明らかである。
各加速度計の重力加速度を検知する段階と、
検知された加速度に基づき、傾斜角度を計算する段階とを含む、傾斜角度の測定方法が提供される。
Ax=Cx+A1Cx1+A2Cx2+A3Cx3
式中、A1は加速度計14の読み取り値、A2は加速度計16の読み取り値,A3は加速度計18の読み取り値、Cx1は加速度計14の加重された係数、Cx2は加速度計16の加重された係数、Cx3は加速度計18の加重された係数を示す。当業者によれば、A1Cx1の乗算値は、加重された加速度値を生成することが理解される。

製造における配置の誤差により、加速度計の実際の配置を知ることは困難である。そこで、各加速度計と定数の加重された係数は、実験により最大の精度で決定される。特に、センサ10が製造された後の実験は、最良の結果を達成する。加速度AxとAyを計算した後で、次に、逆正弦関数により、加速度が、X軸とY軸に対する傾斜角度に変換される。

Claims (3)
- 基部と、この基部に取り付けられ、同一の面に配置された少なくとも3個の加速度計とを備える傾度センサ。
- 加速度計が、互に120°の角度をなして、設けられている請求項1の傾度センサ。
- 同一の面において、基部に取り付けられた、少なくとも3個の加速度計を配置する段階と、
各加速度計の重力加速度を検知する段階と、
検知された加速度に基づき、傾斜角度を計算する段階とを含む、傾斜角度の測定方法。
