Claims (22)
- 導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスであって、
該マトリックス中に配向されたカーボン・ナノチューブを含む
導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックス。 - 前記カーボン・ナノチューブは界面抵抗を低減させるために処理されている、
請求項1に記載の導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックス。 - 対向する表面の間に配置された、導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスを含む構造体であって、前記導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスは、該マトリックス中に配向されたカーボン・ナノチューブを含む構造体。
- 前記対向する表面が薄い配向層で配向処理されている、
請求項3に記載の構造体。 - 前記配向処理による配向は結合表面に直角である、
請求項4に記載の構造体。 - 前記導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスは架橋された液晶ポリマーを含む、
請求項1に記載の導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックス。 - 前記マトリックス中のカーボン・ナノチューブの量は少なくとも約0.5重量%である、
請求項1に記載の導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックス。 - 前記マトリックス中のカーボン・ナノチューブの量は約1〜約10重量%である、

請求項1に記載の導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックス。 - 集積化されたチップと、熱分散器またはヒート・シンクと、前記チップと熱分散器またはヒート・シンクとの間に配置された、導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスとを含む微細電子デバイスであって、前記導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスは該マトリックス中に配向されたカーボン・ナノチューブを含む、
微細電子デバイス。 - 前記カーボン・ナノチューブは界面抵抗を低減させるために処理されている、

請求項10に記載の微細電子デバイス。 - 導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスであって、該マトリックス中に配向されたカーボン・ナノチューブを含み、前記液晶ポリマー・マトリックスは対向する配向層の間にある、前記導電性液晶ポリマー・マトリックスを含む構造体を製造する方法であって、
液晶材料をカーボン・ナノチューブと混合させるステップと、
該混合物をスメクティック液晶相、ネマティック液晶相、または等方液晶相にするステップと、
前記マトリックスの対向する表面の上に層を塗布するステップと、
任意選択で、前記混合物を重合するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記配向を支援するために、外部電界または外部磁界を印加する、
請求項19に記載の方法。 - 前記混合物を重合する、
