液バックを防止すると共に、冷凍サイクルが定常状態になるまでの時間を短縮し、延いては、乾燥に要する時間を大幅に短縮できる省エネルギーな乾燥機を提供する。
【解決手段】
被乾燥物を収容する乾燥室110と、圧縮装置120と放熱器130と減圧装置140と吸熱器150とを順次環状に配管接続した冷媒回路160と、乾燥室110の空気が放熱器130及び吸熱器150と熱交換して循環する空気循環経路170と、空気循環経路170に設けられ、空気を循環させる空気循環手段180と、を備える乾燥機100において、冷媒回路160の減圧装置140から圧縮装置120までの配管の少なくとも一部が空気循環経路170内部に設けられると共に、空気循環経路170に加熱手段190を備える。

Claims (8)
- 被乾燥物を収容する乾燥室と、圧縮装置と放熱器と減圧装置と吸熱器とを順次環状に配管接続した冷媒回路と、前記乾燥室の空気が前記放熱器及び前記吸熱器と熱交換して循環する空気循環経路と、前記空気循環経路に設けられ、前記空気を循環させる空気循環手段と、を備える乾燥機において、
前記冷媒回路の前記減圧装置から前記圧縮装置までの配管の少なくとも一部が前記空気循環経路内部に設けられると共に、前記空気循環経路に加熱手段を備えることを特徴とする乾燥機。 - 前記圧縮装置が停止しているときに、前記冷媒回路に封入された冷媒が液体状態または気液混合状態であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の乾燥機。
- 前記冷媒回路を流通する冷媒が二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の乾燥機。
- 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の乾燥機を備えることを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機。
- 被乾燥物を収容する乾燥室と、圧縮装置と放熱器と減圧装置と吸熱器とを順次環状に配管接続した冷媒回路と、前記乾燥室の空気が前記放熱器及び前記吸熱器と熱交換して循環する空気循環経路と、前記空気循環経路に設けられ、前記空気を循環させる空気循環手段と、を備える乾燥機であって、前記冷媒回路の前記減圧装置から前記圧縮装置までの配管の少なくとも一部が前記空気循環経路内部に設けられると共に、前記空気循環経路に加熱手段を備える乾燥機の運転方法において、
前記冷媒回路に封入された冷媒の状態を推定する冷媒状態推定手段を備え、
前記冷媒状態推定手段により推定された冷媒の状態に応じて、前記圧縮装置を起動する前に前記加熱手段を起動することを特徴とする乾燥機の運転方法。 - 前記冷媒状態推定手段は、
前記冷媒の温度を直接あるいは間接的に検出する冷媒温度検出手段を備え、
前記冷媒温度検出手段により検出された前記冷媒の温度から前記冷媒の状態を推定することを特徴とする請求項5記載の乾燥機の運転方法。 - 洗濯ステップと、乾燥ステップと、を有し、前記乾燥ステップに冷凍サイクルを利用する洗濯乾燥機の運転方法において、
前記乾燥ステップの直前のステップと並行して実行され、冷媒を所定温度以上に加熱するプレヒートステップを有することを特徴とする洗濯乾燥機の運転方法。 - 前記プレヒートステップは、
冷媒回路の外部から熱の供給を受けて前記冷媒を所定温度以上にする第1のプレヒートステップと、
前記冷媒回路を起動して冷媒回路を定常状態にする第2のプレヒートステップと、
を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の洗濯乾燥機の運転方法。
