Claims (4)

  1. 並列に電気的に接続された少なくとも２つ以上の回路を有し、
    前記回路は、少なくとも、第１の発光素子、第２の発光素子およびリミッタを有し、
    前記第１の発光素子、前記第２の発光素子および前記リミッタは、直列に電気的に接続されており、
    前記第１の発光素子と前記第２の発光素子はそれぞれ、第１の電極、第２の電極、および前記第１の電極と前記第２の電極の間の発光層を有し、
    前記第１の発光素子が有する前記第１の電極と前記第２の発光素子が有する前記第２の電極は、接していることを特徴とする発光装置。
  2. 並列に電気的に接続された少なくとも２つ以上の回路を有し、
    前記回路は、少なくとも、第１の発光素子、第２の発光素子およびリミッタを有し、
    前記第１の発光素子、前記第２の発光素子および前記リミッタは、直列に電気的に接続されており、
    前記第１の発光素子と前記第２の発光素子はそれぞれ、第１の電極、第２の電極、および前記第１の電極と前記第２の電極の間の発光層を有し、
    前記第１の電極、前記第２の電極および前記発光層は、隔壁層が含む第１の開口部において重畳し、
    前記第１の発光素子が有する前記第１の電極と前記第２の発光素子が有する前記第２の電極は、前記隔壁層が含む第２の開口部において重畳していることを特徴とする発光装置。
  3. 請求項１または請求項２において、
    前記リミッタは、トランジスタ、抵抗またはダイオードであることを特徴とする発光装置。
  4. 請求項１乃至請求項３のいずれか一項に記載の前記発光装置を用いた照明装置。
