Claims (9)
- A)0.1〜20質量%のブロックトイソシアネート基含有量(NCOとして計算)を有し、
i)5〜60質量%の遊離イソシアネート基含有量を有する芳香族、脂肪族、芳香脂肪族及び/又は脂環式ジイソシアネート少なくとも1種、
ii)少なくとも1つのポリエステルポリオール及び/又は少なくとも1つのポリエーテルポリオール及び/又は少なくとも1つのポリカーボネートポリオールを含むポリオール成分、
iii)ブロック剤としての、式(I):
R1およびR2は、相互に独立に、水素、C1−C20(シクロ)アルキル、C6−C24アリール、C1−C20(シクロ)アルキルエステル又はアミド、C6−C24アリールエステル又はアミド、4〜8員環の部分であってもよい1〜24個の炭素原子を有する混合脂肪族/芳香族基であり、
nは0〜5の整数である。]
で示されるCH酸性環式ケトン
から生成された、1種以上のブロックトポリウレタンプレポリマー、及び
B)OH成分がβ−位アミン成分により活性化を受ける、1種以上のOH官能性化合物
を含んでなる反応性組成物。 - 成分i)が、1,6−ジイソシアナトヘキサン(HDI)、1−イソシアナト−3,3,5−トリメチル−5−イソシアナトメチルシクロヘキサン(イソホロンジイソシアネート、IPDI),4,4’−ジイソシアナトジシクロヘキシルメタン、2,4−及び/又は2,6−ジイソシアナトトルエン(TDI)、若しくは2,2’−、2,4’−及び/又は4,4’−ジイソシアナトジフェニルメタン(MDI)を含む請求項1に記載の反応性組成物。
- 成分iii)が、シクロペンタノン−2−カルボキシメチルエステル、シクロペンタノン−2−カルボキシエチルエステル、シクロペンタノン−2−カルボン酸ニトリル、シクロヘキサノン−2−カルボキシメチルエステル、シクロヘキサノン−2−カルボキシエチルエステル又はシクロペンタノン−2−カルボニルメチルを含む請求項1または2に記載の反応性組成物。
- ポリウレタンプレポリマーA)が、0.1〜15.6質量%のブロックトイソシアネート基含有量を有する請求項1に記載の反応性組成物。
- 成分B)が、エタノールアミン、メチルエタノールアミン、ジメチルエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン又は多官能性アミノエタノールである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の反応性組成物。
- 成分B)が、N,N,N’,N’−テトラキス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)エチレンジアミン及び/又はN,N−ビス(2−ヒドロキシエチル)アミンである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の反応性組成物。
- 各ブロックトイソシアネート基及び任意の遊離イソシアネート基につき0.6〜1.4個のイソシアネート反応性基が存在するような量で、ブロックトポリウレタンプレポリマーA)をOH官能性化合物B)と反応させることを含んでなる、請求項1に記載の反応性組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の反応性組成物により結合された2つの被着材を含んでなる複合システム。
- 被着材が、金属、プラスチック、ガラス、木、皮革又は繊維製品である請求項8に記載の複合システム。
