Abstract
【解決手段】ガルバニック被覆11を施された表面を有する第1の金属部品10を用意するステップと、ある表面を有する第2の金属部品を用意するステップとを備える最初のステップを含む。ある材料12を、第1の金属部品の表面に施されたガルバニック被覆の表面、または第2の金属部品の表面の少なくともいずれかの一部分の上に吹き付ける。第1と第2の金属部品の表面を重ね合わせの関係に配置し、溶接プロセスを実施して第1と第2の金属部品を一体に溶接する。溶接プロセス中、吹き付けられた材料がガルバニック被覆と反応してガルバニック被覆の蒸発を最低限に抑える。

Claims (9)
- (a)被覆がその上に施された表面を有する第1の金属部品を用意するステップと、
(b)ある表面を有する第2の金属部品を用意するステップと、
(c)ある材料を、(1)第1の金属部品の前記表面に施された前記被覆、または(2)第2の金属部品の前記表面の少なくともどちらかの一部分に吹き付けるステップと、
(d)第1の金属部品と第2の金属部品の前記両表面を重ね合わせの関係に配置するステップと、
(e)第1の金属部品と第2の金属部品を一体に溶接し、それによって、前記吹き付けられた材料が溶接プロセス中に前記被覆と反応する溶接プロセスを実施するステップと
を含む、第1の金属部品と第2の金属部品を一体に溶接する方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)が、第1の金属部品にガルバニック被覆を施すことによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(a)が、第1の金属部品に亜鉛またはその合金で形成される被覆を施すことによって実施される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(a)が、第1の金属部品を鋼合金材料で形成することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)が、第2の金属部品を鋼合金材料で形成することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)が、第1の金属部品の表面に施された被覆の少なくとも一部分に、ある材料を吹き付けることによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)が、溶接プロセス中に被覆と共に合金を形成する材料を吹き付けることによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)が、液体状、粉状、または微粒子状いずれかの材料を吹き付けることによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(e)が、高エネルギー密度放射ビーム溶接プロセス、レーザ溶接プロセス、または電子ビーム溶接プロセスのいずれかを行うことによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
