Abstract
【解決手段】ガラスパネル又はランプ上板を移送する同一長さのコンベヤが上下に複層に設けられた移送部を有し、この移送部の一端に、下部コンベヤから上部コンベヤにガラスパネルを移送する第1供給部を、他端に、上部コンベヤから下部コンベヤにランプ上板を移送する第2供給部を備える。移送部の所定位置には、ガラスパネルをコンベヤに供給するガラス供給部が設けられ、コンベヤ上には、ガラス供給部からコンベヤ上に供給されたガラスパネルを加熱する加熱部と、加熱部で加熱されたガラスパネルをランプ上板の形状に成形する成形部と、成形部で成形された成形品の急冷を防止する熱処理部とが設けられ、コンベヤの一側には、熱処理部で熱処理された成形品を外部へ排出する排出部が設けられる。

Description
図1ないし図11は、本発明による平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システムを示す。このランプ上板成形システムは、ガラスパネルG(成形材料)の供給から加熱→成形→熱処理を経てランプ上板L(成形品)の排出に至るまでの各処理を連続的に行うシステムで、それら各処理を実行するガラス供給部10、加熱部20、成形部30、熱処理部50及び排出部60と、それら処理に関連してガラスパネルG又はランプ上板Lの移送を行う移送部70、第1供給部40及び第2供給部40aとにより概略構成されている。
また、本発明では、熱処理部50において、成形済みのランプ上板Lを予熱空気により徐々に冷却するようにしたので、前記成形済みのランプ上板Lの熱衝撃を最小化して、クラックや熱変形の発生を防止することができる。

Claims (8)
- ガラスパネル又はランプ上板を移送するように、同一長さのコンベヤが上下に複層に設けられてなる移送部と、
前記移送部の一端に設けられ、下部コンベヤからガラスパネルを受けて上部コンベヤに供給する第1供給部と、
前記移送部の他端に設けられ、上部コンベヤからランプ上板を受けて下部コンベヤに供給する第2供給部と、
規格化されたガラスパネルを前記コンベヤに供給するように、前記複層に形成された移送部の所定位置に設けられるガラス供給部と、
前記ガラス供給部から前記コンベヤ上に供給されたガラスパネルを成形可能に加熱するため、前記コンベヤ上に設けられる加熱部と、
前記加熱部で加熱されたガラスパネルをランプ上板の形状に成形するように、前記コンベヤ上に設けられる成形部と、
前記成形部でランプ上板の形状に成形された成形品の急冷を防止するように、前記コンベヤ上に設けられる熱処理部と、
前記熱処理部で熱処理された成形品を外部へ排出するように、前記コンベヤの一側に設けられる排出部とを含むことを特徴とする平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。 - 前記第1供給部は、前記下部コンベヤに載せられたガラスパネルを受けて前記上部コンベヤに供給する昇降手段により昇降する昇降機であり、前記昇降機は、ガラスパネルが定着される定着部を備え、前記定着部の一側には、ガラスパネルを押し出すガイドが駆動手段に連結され、前記駆動手段はスタンド上に固着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。
- 前記第2供給部は、前記下部コンベヤに載せられた成形品であるランプ上板を受けて前記下部コンベヤに供給する昇降手段により昇降する昇降機であり、前記昇降機は、ランプ上板が定着される定着部を備え、前記定着部の一側には、ランプ上板を押し出すガイドが駆動手段に連結され、前記駆動手段はスタンド上に固着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。
- 前記ガラス供給部は、ガラスパネルを予熱するヒータと、ガラスパネルを把持して前記コンベヤ上に載せる供給アームとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。
- 前記加熱部は、前記ガラス供給部から前記コンベヤ上に供給されたガラスパネルを成形可能に加熱するヒータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。
- 前記成形部は加熱されたガラスパネルを成形する上部金型と下部金型に分割され、前記上部金型及び下部金型のいずれか一方の金型には、ランプ上板の形状に対応する形状の凹凸が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。
- 前記熱処理部は、前記成形部により成形されたランプ上板に所定温度の予熱空気を噴射する空気噴射手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。
- 前記排出部は、前記熱処理部で熱処理されたコンベヤ上のランプ上板を把持して外部へ排出する排出アームを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板型蛍光ランプのランプ上板成形システム。
