Abstract
【解決手段】 電磁弁110の一端部に圧力センサ120を接続した電磁弁一体型圧力センサ100と、電磁弁110を駆動させるソレノイド200と、ソレノイド200に接続された配線基材300とを備え、電磁弁一体型圧力センサ100を圧力センサ120側から電磁弁110の部分まで、ソレノイド200の中空部に挿入した取付構造において、圧力センサ120のバネ電極121は、ソレノイド200の平電極230に対してバネ接触して脱着可能に接続され、この平電極230を介して配線基材300と電気的に接続されている。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる電磁弁一体型圧力センサ100を配線基材300に接続されたソレノイド200に取り付けてなる取付構造の概略断面構成を示す図であり、図2は、図1に示される取付構造において電磁弁一体型圧力センサ100をソレノイド200から分離した状態を示す概略断面図である。
図4は、本発明の第2実施形態にかかる電磁弁一体型圧力センサ101を配線基材300に接続されたソレノイド200に取り付けてなる取付構造の概略断面構成を示す図であり、図5は、図4に示される取付構造において電磁弁一体型圧力センサ101をソレノイド200から分離した状態を示す概略断面図である。
図6は、本発明の第3実施形態にかかる電磁弁一体型圧力センサ102を配線基材300に接続されたソレノイド200に取り付けてなる取付構造の概略断面構成を示す図であり、図7は、図6に示される取付構造において電磁弁一体型圧力センサ102をソレノイド200から分離した状態を示す概略断面図である。
図8は、本発明の第4実施形態にかかる電磁弁一体型圧力センサ103を配線基材300に接続されたソレノイド200に取り付けてなる取付構造の概略断面構成を示す図であり、図9は、図8に示される取付構造において電磁弁一体型圧力センサ103をソレノイド200から分離した状態を示す概略断面図である。
図10は、本発明の第5実施形態にかかる電磁弁一体型圧力センサ104を配線基材300に接続されたソレノイド200に取り付けてなる取付構造の概略断面構成を示す図であり、図11は、図10に示される取付構造において電磁弁一体型圧力センサ104をソレノイド200から分離した状態を示す概略断面図である。

Claims (3)
- 電磁弁(110)の一端部に圧力センサ(120)を接続してなり前記圧力センサ(120)によって前記電磁弁(110)から出てくる圧力または前記電磁弁(110)に入る圧力を測定するようにした電磁弁一体型圧力センサ(100、101、102、103、104)と、
前記電磁弁(110)を駆動させるための磁界を発生する中空筒状のソレノイド(200)と、
前記ソレノイド(200)に電気的に接続された配線基材(300)とを備え、
前記電磁弁一体型圧力センサ(100〜104)を、前記圧力センサ(120)側から前記電磁弁(110)の部分まで、前記ソレノイド(200)の中空部に挿入した状態で、前記圧力センサ(120)と前記配線基材(300)とを電気的に接続してなる電磁弁一体型圧力センサの取付構造において、
前記圧力センサ(120)の端子部(121、122、123、124、125)は、前記ソレノイド(200)に設けられた端子部(230、231、232、233、234)に対して脱着可能に接続され、このソレノイド(200)の端子部(230〜234)を介して、前記配線基材(300)と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする電磁弁一体型圧力センサの取付構造。 - 前記圧力センサ(120)の端子部(121、122、123、124)と前記ソレノイド(200)の前記端子部(230、231、232、233)とは、バネ弾性を利用したバネ接触の形態で接続されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁一体型圧力センサの取付構造。
- 前記圧力センサ(120)の端子部(125)と前記ソレノイド(200)の前記端子部(234)とは、電磁波を利用した非接触の形態で接続されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁一体型圧力センサの取付構造。
