Abstract
【解決手段】 自動変速機の熱交換器構造1は、自動変速機10と自動変速機10から排出されたオイルを冷却することが可能で、上流側に設けられた第1の熱交換器40および下流側に設けられた第2の熱交換器50と、第1および第2の熱交換器40,50の少なくとも一方で熱交換されたオイルを自動変速機50に供給可能なサーモバルブ30とを備える。オイルの温度が相対的に低い場合には、サーモバルブ30は第1の熱交換器40を通過したオイルを自動変速機10に供給し、第2の熱交換器50から自動変速機10へのオイルの流れを遮断する。オイルの温度が相対的に高い場合には、サーモバルブ30は第1および第2の熱交換器40,50を通過したオイルを自動変速機10に供給する。

Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に従った自動変速機の熱交換器構造のブロック図である。図1を参照して、この発明の実施の形態1に従った自動変速機の熱交換器構造1は、動力を発生させるエンジン20と、エンジン20からの動力を受取り、その回転数と回転トルクを変換することが可能な自動変速機10とを備える。エンジン20は動力の発生源であり、ガソリンエンジン、ディーゼルエンジンのいずれであってもよい。また、エンジン20は内燃機関だけでなく、外燃機関で構成してもよい。さらに、モータ/ジェネレータによりエンジン20を構成してもよい。
図7は、この発明の実施の形態2に従った自動変速機の熱交換器構造のブロック図である。図7を参照して、この発明の実施の形態2に従った自動変速機の熱交換器構造ではサーモバルブ30および第1の熱交換器40が自動変速機10と別体に設けられている点で、実施の形態1に従った構造と異なる。すなわち、サーモバルブ30と自動変速機10とがオイル通路153で接続され、第1の熱交換器40と自動変速機10とがオイル通路154で接続される。
図8は、この発明の実施の形態3に従った自動変速機の熱交換器構造のブロック図である。図8を参照して、この発明の実施の形態3に従った自動変速機の熱交換器構造では、実施の形態1で示したヒータコア90、ウォータポンプ60、サーモスタット70およびラジエータ80を設けていない点で、実施の形態1に従った構造と異なる。第1の熱交換器40および第2の熱交換器50は、ともに外気と熱交換をすることが可能となる。なお、第1の熱交換器40および第2の熱交換器50に水を吹付け、これらの熱交換器40,50を冷却してもよい。
Claims (3)
- 自動変速機と、
前記自動変速機から排出されたオイルを熱交換することが可能で、上流側に設けられた第1の熱交換器および下流側に設けられた第2の熱交換器と、
前記第1および第2の熱交換器の少なくとも一方で熱交換されたオイルを前記自動変速機に供給可能なサーモバルブとを備え、
オイルの温度が所定値以下であれば、前記サーモバルブは前記第1の熱交換器を通過したオイルを前記自動変速機に供給し、かつ、前記第2の熱交換器から前記自動変速機への前記オイルの流れを遮断し、
オイルの温度が所定値を超えると、前記サーモバルブは前記第1および第2の熱交換器を通過したオイルを前記自動変速機に供給する、自動変速機の熱交換器構造。 - 前記サーモバルブは、オイルの温度が所定値以下であれば前記第2の熱交換器から前記サーモバルブへ向かうオイルの流れを遮断し、オイルの温度が所定値を超えると前記第1の熱交換器から前記サーモバルブへ向かうオイルの流れを遮断する、請求項1に記載の自動変速機の熱交換器構造。
- 自動変速機と、
前記自動変速機から排出されたオイルを熱交換することが可能な第1および第2の熱交換器と、
前記第1および第2の熱交換器の少なくとも一方で熱交換されたオイルを前記自動変速機に供給可能なサーモバルブとを備え、
前記サーモバルブから排出されたオイルは熱交換器で冷却されることなく前記自動変速機に供給される、自動変速機の熱交換器構造。
