Claims (9)
- 正極と負極と電解液とを包容する容器と、前記容器を封止する蓋とを備え、前記容器と前記蓋は接合材により接合され、前記蓋の外周は、前記容器の外周より小さくしたことを特徴とする電気化学セル。
- 前記容器と前記蓋の間に金属リングを備え、前記容器と前記金属リングは接合材により接合され、前記金属リングと前記蓋は接合材により接合され、前記蓋の外周は前記金属リングよりも小さくし、かつ前記金属リングの外周は前記容器の外周より小さくまたは同一としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記容器はセラミックであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記電解液が液体またはゲル状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気化学セル。
- 容器と、前記容器の蓋とを有し、前記蓋の外周が前記容器の外周より小さいことを特徴とする電気化学セル。
- 前記容器が金属リングを有し、前記金属リングを介して前記容器と前記蓋とが接合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気化学セル。
- 前記容器と前記蓋とが抵抗溶接により封止されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学セル。
- 電極と電解液を包容した容器に、前記容器より外周が小さい蓋を接合する工程と、前記容器と前記蓋からなる電気化学セルを加熱する工程と、前記電気化学セルを冷却する工程と、前記電気化学セルを前記蓋の上方向から外観検査する工程とからなる電気化学セルの製造方法。
- 前記容器が金属リングを有し、前記金属リングを介して前記容器と前記蓋とが接合されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。
