Abstract
【解決手段】センサハウジングが環状のアンテナに連結された構造の環状のトランスポンダユニットを、環状のタイヤ表面に取り付ける装置は、環状のタイヤ表面を有するタイヤを、タイヤに接近できる配置で支持するターンテーブル160と、ターンテーブル160に近接して配置され、遠隔端部に、環状のアンテナを部分ごとに徐々に環状のタイヤ表面に取り付けるアーム工具手段を備えたアーム176と、タイヤとアーム工具手段とを、初期相対位置と最終相対位置との間で相対回転させる手段とを有する。

Description
a.環状のタイヤ表面を有し、接近できるように配置されたタイヤを支持テーブル上に取り付けるステップと、
b.遠隔端部に工具手段を有するアームを支持テーブルの近くに配置するステップと、
c.トランスポンダユニットの一部を、アーム工具手段によって、環状のタイヤ表面に押し付けて支持するステップと、
d.アーム工具手段とタイヤとを、初期相対位置と最終相対位置との間で相対回転させるステップと、
e.タイヤとアーム工具手段とが相対的に回転しながら、トランスポンダアンテナを部分ごとに環状のタイヤ表面に徐々に取り付けるステップとを含んでいる。

Claims (3)
- センサハウジングが環状のアンテナに連結された構造の環状のトランスポンダユニットを、環状のタイヤ表面に取り付ける装置であって、
環状のタイヤ表面を有するタイヤを、該タイヤに接近できる配置で支持するターンテーブルと、
前記ターンテーブルに近接して配置され、遠隔端部に、前記環状のアンテナを部分ごとに徐々に前記環状のタイヤ表面に取り付けるアーム工具手段を備えたアームと、
前記タイヤと前記アーム工具手段とを、初期相対位置と最終相対位置との間で相対回転させる手段と、
を有する装置。 - 前記テーブルを前記アーム工具手段に対して回転させる手段をさらに有している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アーム工具手段は、
前記センサハウジングと係合し、該センサハウジングを前記環状のタイヤ表面上の標識の付けられた位置に配置する把持手段と、
前記環状のアンテナと係合し、該環状のアンテナを前記環状のタイヤ表面に沿って部分ごとに徐々に配置する案内手段と、
前記案内手段と前記把持手段との間に配置され、前記環状のアンテナの各部分と前記環状のタイヤ表面との間に接着材料を徐々に塗布する接着剤塗布ノズルと、
を有している、請求項2に記載の装置。
