Abstract
【解決手段】 古紙パルプを50%以上配合し、内添灰分率を5%以上、15%未満とし、内添紙力増強剤を対パルプ10〜20kg/t添加し、塗工層のバインダーには対顔料5〜10部の澱粉とラテックスを配合することで、オンマシンで生産性良くソフトカレンダー処理しても所要の剛度を有するグロス調微塗工紙が得られるようにした。

Claims (5)
- 古紙パルプを50%以上配合し、内添灰分率を5%以上、15%未満とし、内添紙力増強剤を対パルプ10〜20kg/t添加し、塗工層のバインダーには対顔料5〜10部の澱粉とラテックスを配合してなることを特徴とするグロス調微塗工紙。
- 白紙グロスが40%以上で、剛度/紙密度が21〜24であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のグロス調微塗工紙。
- 古紙パルプを50%以上配合し、内添灰分率を5%以上、15%未満とし、内添紙力増強剤を対パルプ10〜20kg/t添加して抄造し、顔料と対顔料5〜10部の澱粉とラテックスを配合してなるバインダーとを含む塗工液を塗工し、電磁誘導コイルを利用し金属ロールの表面温度を200〜300℃に制御されたソフトカレンダーを用いてカレンダー処理することを特徴とするグロス調微塗工紙の製造方法。
- 塗工液の塗工量は、10〜15g/m2 であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のグロス調微塗工紙の製造方法。
- カレンダー処理のニップ圧は、100〜200KN/cmであることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載のグロス調微塗工紙の製造方法。
