Abstract
【解決手段】 正極、負極、及び前記正極と前記負極との間に位置するセパレータを備える電極群と、前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、前記ケースに結合されることによって、前記ケースを密閉するためのキャップ組立体とを含む。前記キャップ組立体は、前記ケースに結合されるキャッププレート31、前記電極群に電気的に連結されながらキャッププレート31に設置される外部端子16、および外部端子16を覆いながら外部端子16をキャッププレート31に固定させる管形体33を備える。

Claims (19)
- 正極、負極、及び前記正極と前記負極との間に位置するセパレータを備える電極群と、
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、
前記ケースに結合されることによって前記ケースを密閉するためのキャップ組立体とを含み、
前記キャップ組立体は、前記ケースに結合されるキャッププレート、前記電極群に電気的に連結されながら前記キャッププレートに設置される外部端子、および前記外部端子を覆いながら、前記外部端子を前記キャッププレートに固定させる管形体を備える二次電池。 - 前記外部端子は、前記管形体と接する外周面に形成される突起を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突起は、前記外周面に環状に形成される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外部端子は、前記キャッププレートに形成された貫通孔に嵌合され、
前記管形体は、前記貫通孔の周囲に配置されて前記外部端子に密着される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記管形体は、前記キャッププレートと一体に形成される、請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外部端子の水平断面と前記管形体が有する内部空間の水平断面は、同じ形状である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記管形体は、円筒形である、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記管形体と前記外部端子との間に介在するシーリング部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部材は、前記管形体の内周面に密着されるシリンダー形態を呈するガスケットからなる、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記シーリング部材は、前記管形体と前記外部端子との間に注入された樹脂が、硬化することによって形成される、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ガスケットの両端に、前記管形体の上端と前記キャッププレートの内側面に係止され得るフランジが形成された、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記突起は、前記外部端子の長手方向の軸線を含む平面で切断した断面が半円形に形成される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記外部端子の外周面に、前記外部端子と前記管形体との間に配置されるオーリングが設置される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、角形に形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、モータ駆動用である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- キャップ組立体が有するキャッププレート上に外部端子組立のための管形体を一体に形成する段階と、
前記管形体内に前記外部端子を挿入する段階と、
前記管形体の外側から加圧することによって前記管形体を加圧形成し、前記管形体と前記外部端子を密着させる段階とを含む二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記管形体の内部に前記管形体の内周面に密着されるガスケットを挿入設置する段階をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記外部端子の外周面に突起を形成する段階をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記外部端子の外周面にオーリングを設置する段階をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の二次電池の製造方法。
