Abstract
【解決手段】 チェーンが摺接して走行するスライドレール体11とレール支持体12とで構成される伝動装置用サンドイッチ成形部品において、表層を構成する第1の樹脂がナイロン66を主成分とする材料からなり、該第1の樹脂の300℃での溶融粘性が、せん断速度1000s-1で500Pa・s以上2000Pa・s以下であり、コア層を構成する第2の樹脂が前記第1の樹脂よりも高い強度を有し、スライドレール体11の摺動部11aの表層の肉厚が1.0mm以上であることを特徴とする。

Description
図2に示したような伝動装置用サンドイッチ成形部品(全長200mm)を以下のようにしてサンドイッチ成形した。
スキン層を構成する第1の樹脂材料として、旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製ナイロン66を主成分とする以下に示す試料1〜4を用いた。
・試料1(グレード1300) :溶融粘性 100Pa・s
・試料2 :溶融粘性 600Pa・s
・試料3 :溶融粘性 1800Pa・s
・試料4 :溶融粘性 2500Pa・s
なお、溶融粘性はISO11443準拠で300℃、せん断速度1000s-1の溶融粘度を測定した。
コア層を構成する第2の樹脂材料として、ガラス繊維(GF)配合の旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製ナイロン66(グレード14G33、14G50)を用いた。なお、スキン層の厚みを測定できるように、黒着色剤としてカーボンブラックを0.05重量%配合した黒着色品を使用した。
スライドレール体とレール支持体を一体化したガイド金型を用いた。樹脂ゲートは、スライドレール体の長手方向の端部近傍(図2(a)中の取付孔13の右上部)に設けられている。
日精樹脂工業(株)製成形機:FS80を用い、射出速度20cc/sec、第1及び第2の樹脂材料共にシリンダー温度290℃、金型温度80℃の条件で、第1の樹脂材料を射出した後第2の樹脂材料を射出し、最後にもう一度第1の樹脂材料を射出してサンドイッチ成形した。
得られた成形品をゲートから2cm部、中央部、流動末端から2cm部で切断し、断面からスライドレール体11のチェーン摺接面11aのスキン層の厚みを10倍の拡大写真から測定した。
得られた成形品を図2のA−A断面の上部から20kNの荷重を負荷した時に破壊するか否かのテストを行った。

Claims (1)
- チェーンが摺接して走行するスライドレール体と前記スライドレール体に一体不可分に添設されたレール支持体とで構成される伝動装置用サンドイッチ成形部品において、
表層を構成する第1の樹脂材料がナイロン66を主成分とし、該第1の樹脂材料の300℃での溶融粘性が、せん断速度1000s-1で300Pa・s以上2000Pa・s以下であり、
コア層を構成する第2の樹脂材料が前記第1の樹脂材料よりも高い強度を有し、
前記スライドレール体の摺接面全域における表層の肉厚が1.0mm以上であることを特徴とする伝動装置用サンドイッチ成形部品。
