Abstract
【解決手段】 セパレータを間に置いて正極と負極を巻取りして形成される電極組立体と,前記電極組立体が収納されるケースと,組立てるとケースの形状になり,前記ケースを密閉しながら,前記電極組立体と電気的に連結されるキャップ組立体と,前記電極組立体に結合される負極集電板とを含み,前記負極集板が部分的に表面処理された接触部を通じて前記電極組立体に固定されることを特徴とする,2次電次に関する。

Description
以下,添付した図面を参照して本発明の好ましい実施例について当業者が容易に実施できるように詳細に説明する。しかし,本発明は多様で相異なる形態に実現することができ,ここで説明する実施例に限られるわけではない。
第2実施形態にかかる正極集電板70は,上記第1実施形態にかかる負極集電板50に,さらに,正極無地部23bにも負極集電板50と類似な形態の正極集電板70を付加することができる。

Claims (15)
- セパレータを間に置いて正極と負極を巻取りして形成される電極組立体と,
前記電極組立体が収納されるケースと,
組立てるとケースの形状になり,前記ケースを密閉しながら,前記電極組立体と電気的に連結されるキャップ組立体と,
前記電極組立体に結合される負極集電板と,
を含み,
前記負極集板が部分的に表面処理された接触部を通じて前記電極組立体に固定されることを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記負極集電板は,第1接触部を通じて前記電極組立体に固定され,第2接触部を通じて前記ケースに固定されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1接触部は負極集電体の材質と異なる材質で表面処理され,前記第2接触部は表面処理されていないことを特徴とする,請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは負極集電体の材質と異なる材質で表面処理されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記負極集板が部分的に負極集電体の材質と異なる材質で表面処理されて,前記第1接触部を構成することを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2接触部は前記ケースに向かって,突出形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2接触部は前記負極集電板の中心で円形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2接触部と前記ケースとの接合面に対して抵抗溶接が行われることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極と前記負極には活物質を塗布せずに形成した無地部が備えられ,前記負極集電板の第1接触部が前記無地部に接合されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1接触部が前記無地部に向かって,前記接合面が平坦に突出形成されることを特徴とする,請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1接触部はスリット形状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1接触部は前記第2接触部を中心に置いて放射状に少なくとも2個以上配置される構造になることを特徴とする,請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記スリットに沿ってレーザー溶接することで負極集板が前記無地部に固定されることを特徴とする,請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体は円筒形または角形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はモータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
