Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器コイル組立体が提供される。該組立体のフィンは、該フィンの波形形状体にランス型能力増強部を有している。ランスは、各波形部の上流側部及び下流側部の双方に設けられる。上流ランスは、平均空気流れの方向に対し第一の角度を形成し、下流ランスは、平均空気流れの方向に対し第二の角度を形成する。第一及び第二の角度は等しくなく、ランスは互いに対し傾斜される。このことは、2つの異なる空気流の流れを生じさせ、上流ランスのウェーク部は下流ランスに衝突しないようにし、これにより上流ランス及び下流ランスの双方に対する熱伝達を最大にする。

Claims (23)
- 熱交換器コイル組立体において、
空気が隣接するフィンの間を流れ得るように、平均空気流の方向に対し実質的に平列に配置された複数のフィンと、
複数のフィンに対し実質的に垂直に配置された複数の伝熱管であって、各々が複数のフィン内で円筒状スリーブを通って伸びている複数の伝熱管とを備え、
フィンの各々は、複数の円筒状スリーブと、少なくとも2つの波形部とを有し、波形部の各々が、第一のランスと、第一のランスの下流の第二のランスとを有し、第一のランスは、平均空気流の方向に対し第一の角度にて傾斜し、第二のランスは、平均空気流の方向に対し第二の角度にて傾斜し、第一の角度は、第二の角度と相違しており、このため、空気流がフィンの外側を通るとき、第一のランスのウェーク部が第二のランスに衝突しないようにした、熱交換器コイル組立体。 - 請求項1の熱交換器コイル組立体において、波形部の各々が、上昇傾斜部及び下降傾斜部を有する、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項2の熱交換器コイル組立体において、第一のランスが上昇傾斜部にあり、第二のランスが下降傾斜部にある、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項1の熱交換器コイル組立体において、第一の角度が5゜ないし15゜の範囲にある、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項4の熱交換器コイル組立体において、第一の角度が11゜である、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項1の熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二の角度が5゜ないし15゜の範囲にある、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項1の熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二の角度が0゜である、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項1の熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二のランスが水平である、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項1の熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二のランスが平均空気流れ方向に対し平行である、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項1の熱交換器コイル組立体において、波形部の各々が、平坦にした逆「V」字形の形状を有する、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項10の熱交換器コイル組立体において、「V」字形の最も広い部分を亙って描かれ且つ「V」字形の脚部と交差する仮想の水平線が、5゜ないし17゜の角度θを形成する、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項11の熱交換器コイル組立体において、角度θが17゜に等しい、熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 複数の隔たったフィン付き伝熱管を通って流れる第一の流体と管の外側を流れる第二の流体との間にて熱伝達が行われる、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、フィンが少なくとも2つの波形部を有する波形の形状をしており、波形部の各々は、第一のランスと、該第一のランスの下流の第二のランスとを有し、第一のランスは、平均空気流の方向に対し第一の角度にて傾斜し、第二のランスは、平均空気流の方向に対し第二の角度にて傾斜し、第一の角度は、第二の角度と相違しており、このため、空気流がフィンの外側を流れるとき、第一のランスのウェーク部は第二のランスに衝突しないようにした、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項13のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、第一の角度が5゜ないし15゜の範囲にある、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項14のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、第一の角度が11゜である、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項13のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二の角度が5゜ないし15゜の範囲にある、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項13のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二の角度が0゜である、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項13のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二のランスが水平である、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項13のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、第二のランスが平均空気流れ方向に対し平行である、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項13のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、波形部の各々が、平坦にした逆「V」字形の形状を有する、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項20のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、「V」字形の最も広い部分を亙って描かれ且つ「V」字形の脚部と交差する仮想の水平線が、5゜ないし17゜の角度θを形成する、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 請求項21のフィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、角度θが17゜に等しい、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
- 複数の隔たったフィン付き伝熱管を通って流れる第一の流体と管の外側を流れる第二の流体との間にて熱伝達が行われる、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体において、
少なくとも2つの波形部を備え、該波形部の各々は、波形部の上流側における第一のランスと、波形部の下流側における第二のランスとを有し、第一のランスは、平均空気流の方向に対し5゜ないし15゜の角度を形成し、第二のランスは、平均空気流の方向に対し平行であり、このため、第一のランスのウェーク部は第二のランスに衝突しないようにした、フィン付き熱交換器コイル組立体。
