Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、比較的大きな範囲の周波数に渡った使用のための周期的な電磁的構造体(20)に関する。特に、本発明は、アンテナと低反射性構造体とのようなマイクロ波の応用に関する。周期的な電磁的構造体(20)は、LC要素(22)の共振周波数が入射放射線の周波数に従うように、誘電率並びに/もしくは透磁率がそこに入射する放射線の周波数にしたがって変化する、周波数依存性の誘電体(30)と重ねあわされた導電性の前記LC要素(22)のアレイを有していると仮定されている。
Description
Claims (18)
- 周波数依存性の誘電体(30;44;54;70)と重ねあわされた、導電性の前記LC要素(22;22a,22b;42;52;68)のアレイを具備し、前記誘電体の誘電率並びに/もしくは透磁率は、前記LC要素の共振周波数が、入射放射線の周波数に従うように、入射する放射線の周波数にしたがって変化する、周期的な電磁的構造体。
- 前記周波数依存性の誘電体は、この誘電体の誘電率と透磁率との積が、入射放射線の周波数の2乗の逆数に比例して変化するような、入射放射線への応答性を有する、請求項1の構造体。
- 前記LC要素は、平坦な導体板(24)からの突起物(22;22a,22b)である、請求項1もしくは2の構造体。
- 前記周波数依存性の誘電体は、前記導体板と隣接し、前記突起物は、少なくとも部分的にこの誘電体の中に延びている、請求項3の構造体。
- 前記突起物は、一般に画鋲の形をしている、請求項4の構造体。
- 前記構造体は、超コンパクトな光バンドギャップ装置(40)を形成している、請求項2の構造体。
- 前記構造体は、2重になったリング形状の共振器(50)を形成している、請求項2の構造体。
- 前記LC要素は、前記周波数依存性の誘電体の表面(43;53)全体に渡って配置されている、請求項6もしくは7の構造体。
- 前記構造体は、キラル導体(68)を有する、請求項2の構造体。
- 前記キラル導体は、らせん状である、請求項9の構造体
- 前記キラル導体は、前記周波数依存性の誘電体(70)の中に置かれている、請求項9もしくは10の構造体。
- 前記構造体は、高インピーダンス表面を形成している、前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の構造体。
- 前記周期的な電磁的構造体の表面インピーダンスは、実質的に377Ωである、請求項12の構造体。
- 前記周波数依存性の誘電体は、フェライト材質タイプ4E1である、前記全ての請求項のいずれか1の構造体。
- 前記全ての請求項のいずれか1による周期的な電磁的構造体を具備するアンテナ。
- 請求項15によるアンテナを具備する携帯電話のハンドセット。
- 前記構造体のインピーダンスは、実質的に377Ωであり、この結果、自由空間のインピーダンスに整合する、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1の周期的な電磁的構造体を具備するレーダの吸収材材料。
- 図3か、図4か、図5か、図9か、図6乃至図8のいずれか1を参照して実質的に記述された周期的な電磁的構造体。
