Claims (7)
- 管片形のスロットルバルブアセンブリ(2)を閉鎖する方法において、第1のステップでは、部分円状に形成された、外側に突出部(4′)を有する少なくとも1つの弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を、スロットルバルブシャフト(3)の周囲に固定し、第2のステップでは、第1のダイ(6)及び第2のダイ(8)を、該第1のダイ(6)及び第2のダイ(8)がそれぞれ突出部(4′)に接触し、かつ両方の第1のダイ(6)及び第2のダイ(8)とそれぞれの突出部(4′)との間にスロットルバルブシャフト(3)を取り囲む中空室を形成するまで、両側からスロットルバルブアセンブリ(2)内へ進入せしめ、次いで第3のステップでは、溶融されたプラスチックを、第1のダイ(6)又は第2のダイ(8)を介して中空室内へ供給し、少なくとも1つの弾性的な補償エレメント(4)の突出部(4′)を、スロットルバルブアセンブリ(2)の内壁に圧着し、第1のダイ(6)及び第2のダイ(8)を、プラスチックの硬化後に、第4のステップでスロットルバルブアセンブリ(2)から取り除くことを特徴とする、スロットルバルブアセンブリを閉鎖する方法。
- 第1のステップを第2のステップと同時に行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を使用し、該補償エレメント(4)に、部分円に互いに隣接して配置された孔(4*)を設ける、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの弾性的な補償エレメント(4)又は溶融されたプラスチックが、ポリアミド−6から成っているようにする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶融されたプラスチックとして、ポリフェニンスルホンを使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 形成された中空室が、スロットルバルブシャフト(3)に向いていない方の側に溝状の凹部を形成するようにする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を、一部材で構成し、かつ向かい合った2つの破断部(4′′)を設け、第1のステップで、前記弾性的な補償エレメント(4)を、向かい合った2つの破断部(4′′)により、スロットルバルブシャフト(3)に被せ嵌める、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
