Description
Claims (11)
- 金属溶湯搬送用の取鍋に適した取鍋底部において、
最上面と下面とを複数備え、該最上面は流出口を基準として該下面より上方にあり、該下面から該最上面まで立ち上がっている複数の側壁と該下面とによって画定された少なくとも1つの流路によって該最上面が分割されており、該下面は該流出口を画定する少なくとも1つの流出面を備えており、少なくとも1つの傾斜面が該流出面から少なくとも1つの中間面へ向かって上昇しており、該最上面によって優先的にスラグを捕捉し、該金属溶湯が該流路を流れて該流出口へ向かうことを特徴とする取鍋底部。 - 請求項1において、上記取鍋底部は該最上面を少なくとも3つ備えていることを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 請求項1または2において、上記最上面はほぼ水平であることを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項において、上記複数の最上面はそれぞれ上記流出口を基準とした高さが異なることを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項において、上記中間面が水平に対して傾斜しているが、上記傾斜面よりは斜度が小さいことを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項において、上記傾斜面がほぼ鉛直であり、該傾斜面と上記側壁によって上記流出面を取り囲む井戸が画定されていることを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項において、上記側壁が上記各面に対してほぼ垂直であることを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項において、上記流路が複数の分岐流路を備えていることを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 請求項8において、上記複数の分岐流路には少なくとも1つの流入側分岐流路と流出側分岐流路とがあり、該流入側分岐流路は上記流出口より上方にあって該流出側分岐流路より高いことを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 請求項8において、上記流入側分岐流路は上記流出側分岐流路より浅いことを特徴とする取鍋底部。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載した取鍋底部を用いたことを特徴とする取鍋から金属溶湯を出湯する方法。
