― 開口数NAを有する対物レンズを有し、記録の間、該対物レンズから前記集束放射線ビームを発する光ヘッドであって、前記対物レンズは前記光データ記憶媒体の前記記録スタック側に配され、該記録スタックに最も近い第2光学面を有し、前記第1光学面から50μm未満の自由作動距離で記録/読出しをする光ヘッド、
を有する。
Claims (11)
- 光データ記憶媒体用の光記録及び読出しシステムであって、
− 基板上に形成された記録スタックを持つ前記媒体であって、前記記録スタックは、大気中で波長λを有する集束放射線ビームによって記録されるのに適しており、前記記録スタックは前記基板から最も離れた第1光学面を有する媒体、及び
− 開口数NAを有する対物レンズを有し、記録の間に前記対物レンズから前記集束放射線ビームを発する光学ヘッドであって、前記対物レンズが前記光データ記憶媒体の前記記録スタック側に配され、前記記録スタックに最も近い第2光学面を有する光学ヘッドであって、前記第1光学面から50μm未満の自由作動距離で記録/読出しする光ヘッド、
を有する光データ記録媒体用の光記録及び読出しシステムにおいて、前記第1光学面及び前記第2光学面の少なくとも一方が、透明疎水層を備えており、前記透明疎水層は、屈折率nを有し、0.5λ/n未満の厚さを有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記第2光学面が、0.25λ/nにほぼ等しい厚さの疎水層を備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2光学面が、0.25λ/nにほぼ等しい厚さの親水層を備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記光ヘッドが、前記光ヘッドの、前記記録スタックに最も近い側に配されている磁気コイルを更に有し、前記光ヘッドの光軸が、前記磁気コイルの中央を通過し、前記光データ記憶媒体の前記記録スタックが、前記光磁気型である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁気コイルが、60μm未満の内径を有する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記疎水層が、ポリパラキシリレン、フルオロカーボン及びこれらの共重合体のグループから選択された物質を含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁気コイルが、部分的に透明なスライダ内に収容されており、前記部分的に透明なスライダは、前記第1光学面から、>0.5λ/n、且つ、<2μmの距離で飛翔する、請求項4ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 基板上に形成された記録スタックを持つ光データ記憶媒体であって、前記記録スタックは、大気中で波長λを有する集束放射線ビームによって記録するのに適しており、前記記録スタックが前記基板から最も離れた第1光学面を有する光データ記録媒体において、前記第1光学面が、屈折率nを有し0.5λ/n未満の厚さを持つ透明疎水層を備えていることを特徴とする、光データ記憶媒体。
- 前記第1光学面が、0.25λ/n未満の厚さを有する疎水層を備えている、請求項8に記載の光データ記憶媒体。
- 前記疎水層が、ポリパラキシリレン、フルオロカーボン及びこれらの共重合体のグループから選択された物質を含む、請求項8又は9に記載の光データ記憶媒体。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載したシステムにおいて信頼できる記録及び読出しをする、請求項8ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の光データ記憶媒体の使用。
