- 複数の位置がその上に画定されているデッキと、
それぞれが、前記デッキ上の前記位置の特定位置に取り外し可能に固定可能であり、かつ光学的可読識別子を有する複数のトレイと、
前記複数のトレイそれぞれの上にあり、かつそれぞれが選択された試薬を含むように構成されている少なくとも1つの試薬レセプタクルとを備える検体処理装置。 - 各光学的可読識別子が、第1組のアイコンの別個のアイコンであり、前記第1組のアイコンの前記各別個のアイコンが、前記デッキ上の前記位置の前記特定位置を視覚的に印付け、前記特定位置に、前記第1組のアイコンの前記別個のアイコンを含む前記トレイが、取り外し可能に固定可能である、請求項6に記載の検体処理装置。
- 各光学的可動識別子が、別個のバーコードであり、
前記位置の1つの位置に固定されたとき、前記トレイのバーコードを読むように構成されているバーコード読取装置と、
前記検体処理装置のための制御装置とをさらに備え、前記制御装置は、前記バーコード読取装置が、前記特定位置に固定可能なトレイに関連していない前記位置の特定位置でトレイのバーコードを読む場合に、エラーを示す、請求項6に記載の検体処理装置。 - 複数の位置がその上に画定され、かつ前記位置それぞれが、第1組のアイコンの別個のアイコンによって視覚的に印付けられているデッキと、
それぞれが、前記デッキ上の前記位置から選択された位置に取り外し可能に固定可能であり、かつ前記位置から前記選択された位置を視覚的に印付ける前記第1組のアイコンの前記別個のアイコンを含む複数のトレイと、
前記複数のトレイそれぞれの上にあり、かつそれぞれが、第2組のアイコンの別個のアイコンによって視覚的に印付けられている少なくとも1つの試薬レセプタクルと、
キットとを備え、該キットが、選択された試薬入りの複数の容器を含み、前記各容器が、前記容器内の前記選択された試薬が移される前記試薬レセプタクルの選択された試薬レセプタクルを視覚的に印付ける前記第2組のアイコンの前記別個のアイコンによって視覚的に印付けられる、検体処理装置。 - 検体処理装置は、Z個の検体の処理が可能であり、
前記キットが、S個のサブセットの容器を含み、各サブセットの容器が、選択された数Xの検体に使用するのに十分な量の前記選択された各試薬を含み、ここでXが、Z/Sにほぼ等しく、
少なくとも2つの前記試薬レセプタクルは、Z個の検体に使用するのに十分な量の前記選択された試薬の少なくとも1つを保持することができなく、
前記少なくとも2つの前記試薬レセプタクルに画像表示をさらに備え、該画像表示は、少なくとも1個の検体が処理される場合、どの前記試薬レセプタクルに、第1のサブセットの容器からの前記選択された試薬の少なくとも1つの試薬の前記容器を注ぐかを示し、少なくともX+1個の検体が処理される場合、どの前記試薬レセプタクルに、第2のサブセットの容器からの前記選択された試薬の少なくとも1つの試薬の前記容器を注ぐかを示し、少なくとも[(S−1)×X]+1個の検体が処理される場合、どの前記試薬レセプタクルに、S個のサブセットの容器からの前記選択された試薬の少なくとも1つの試薬の前記容器を注ぐかを示す、請求項1に記載の検体処理装置。 - 複数の位置がその上に画定されており、かつ試薬が中に入った上部が開いた複数のレセプタクルを有するデッキと、
前記デッキの上でX本のピペットに入った選択された液体を運搬するように構成され、Xが3以上であり、前記ピペットが互いに均一な間隔の列に配置されているヘッドと、
X本のグループのそれぞれ上部が開いた管を、各グループの管を前記均一な間隔の状態で支持するデッキ上のラックと、
前記ピペット内の前記試薬から選択された試薬を、前記試薬から前記選択された試薬を含む前記レセプタクルから、選択されたグループの前記管に移すように前記ヘッドを制御する制御装置とを備え、前記ヘッドが、前記選択されたグループの前記管以外のグループの前記管の上を、前記ピペットが、前記他のグループの管の上であり、かつ前記他のグループの管の間にある状態で通過する、検体処理装置。 - 前記ヘッドによって担持される前記ピペット間の前記均一な間隔が、調整可能であり、前記制御装置が、前記ピペットの間の前記間隔を調整するように前記ヘッドをさらに制御して、前記ピペットが上を通過するラックの均一な間隔に合わせる、請求項11に記載の検体処理装置。
- 機器と試薬キットとを備え、
前記機器が、
X本のピペット内の選択された液体を運搬するように構成されているヘッドと、
ヘッドの侵入を可能にするように構成され、かつ手動の試薬注入によって充填可能である試薬レセプタクルと、
検体を受ける反応容器のアレイのためのホルダとを含み、
前記試薬キットが、事前に測定された量の液体内に事前に測定された量の粒子を有する容器を含み、
粒子が、対象の生物学的分析物との親和性を有し、
容器が、試薬レセプタクルへと注がれるように構成されている、検体処理システム。 - 対象の生物学的分析物を検出する方法であって、請求項13のシステムを用い、容器の中身が試薬レセプタクルへと注がれる前に、内部対照分析物が容器の中身に加えられることを含む方法。
